Oh jeez! He definitely wouldn't move on, he isn't mature enough to do something like that. He'd freak the hell out, losing magic would feel like losing a limb to him. Even worse, he'd lose Teekl too, since no magic means no familiar. Best case scenario, this leaves him with no powers and a normal cat, worst case scenario, the cat is gone completely and Klarion freaks out even more, because if witches and their familiars are separated for too long, they both die.

... Wow that was longer than intended. TLDR he would completely lose his shit and do absolutely whatever it took to get his magic back!
