The Headcanon Meme

I. Post with your character. If you've got a bunch, consider doing a catch-all under one header.

II. Poke other characters with questions. Ask about their childhood, crushes, their thoughts on game events. Anything you can imagine.

III. Answer questions people have left for you with your headcanon, or canon if it's been covered there.

IV. Feel free to go into as much or as little detail as you want.

1.) If any members of Walt's family showed up, Walt would be overcome with guilt. But I think he might also view it as a second chance. For either Skyler or Walt Jr., Walt would probably immediately quit cooking meth (or try to depending on how deep he gets), sever his ties with all the people associated with him as Heisenberg, and try to find his place in their world again -- even if they came from the point in time where they both hated him/he had ruined their lives. He lost them back home, so this world is his chance to make it right.

Of course we know how Walt fucks everything up, so I have no doubt he'd fail at it. But he would at least try to put his family back together because he feels he owes it to them!

If it was Holly who showed up, though, I think Walt would still cook meth because he wants to be able to raise his baby as comfortably as possible (and she won't judge him for his poor choices until she gets older at least!)

2.) Oh man. If Gus showed up, Walt's paranoia would go through the ROOF. He would also be so pissed. He went to great lengths to kill Gus back home, and he did the one thing that would ultimately tear him and Jesse apart just to get Jesse on his side. So Gus showing up alive and well would make all of that for nothing. Walt very likely would put all of his time and energy into trying to kill Gus again.

3.) LOL TUCO. I think Walt would just be like 'oh god....you of all people?!?!' But Tuco is pretty easily dealt with. Walt is smarter and calmer than him. He would be confident that he could think up a solution for getting rid of Tuco, so he wouldn't be terribly worried.

4.) Haha oh wow this one is hard. I think Walt likes a lot of things about Jesse, even though Jesse drives him fucking crazy. I'd say he likes his loyalty, his willingness to learn (unlike in high school when it was like pulling teeth!), the fact that Jesse was able to handle the business on his own (even though Walt's prideful as hell and it's just as much a blow to his ego as it is something he admires), their conversations (when they're just having casual banter. Jesse can be an idiot, but Walt is pretty fond of that), and I think what Walt likes the most is how Jesse has seemed to step into the role of son because really, Jesse is exactly the sort of son Walt wishes he could have had.
