Yeah. Crane's never going to become a redeemable villain. There's one comic where he tries living a regular life, which ends badly - and in that comic I never got the sense he was apologetic or trying to redeem himself.

Oh god. Naruto should try the talk-no-jutsu if he finds out about Crane's past. Because quite a bit of their past is similar. Loners. Bullied. Except Crane. well. Yeeeeeeeeah.

ahhh, naruto is always under the impression that he can talk the bad out of people.. or simply that because naruto is judged so blindly in his canon he has to know the people he's fighting before he can truly have an opinion on them.

finding out crane's past is similar to his will be SO POIGNANT because sasuke was exactly the same for naruto; they both had similar circumstances, only sasuke's circumstances twisted him.
