Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.

Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

What are your character's plans?: Clean up the last of Pan's mess, try to relax and become a better cook. These plans will be derailed thanks to Russia, and her goals will shift to making sure Kaneda and Bubblegum's groups don't freeze or starve to death, getting the kidnapped imPorts back, and stopping the Russians.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nope
Is your character open for pairings?: If they're around the same age, sure
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes to both!
Is your character interested in teams?: She's already a member of RISE but, if your character wants to try recruiting her, go for it.
What kind of plots are you after?: Chances for her to use necromancy more! People screwing things up at the cemetery she works at! RISE stuff! People who can get her to act her age!

And the biggest one is MORE MAGIC STUDENTS. Seriously if your character has an open power slot I'd love for Sabriel to teach them.
Anything else?: Melkor left her a bunch of jewels when he was ported out, so she has a surprising amount of financial resources if someone needs an investor.

Crane's trajectory for phase 2/the Russians is to support the government. This aaaarguably puts him on a similiar "side" to RISE - depending if they follow Olivier's choice of approach. Depending on approval he might end up developing pharmaceuticals for AMERICAN SOLDIERS [how patriotic!]. Feel free to completely suspect he's up to stuff?

Sabriel's going to be sticking with Kaneda's group for the initial part of phase 2, but she'll be trying to coordinate with RISE so... yeah. She's not going to be happy about Crane getting involved, and suspect he's up to something.

Do you think she'd investigate on the side or outright grab him in his inbox and go "what are you doing?" /points at eyes /points at Crane
