How does this work? It's easy!

⒈ Make a thread for yourself or a comment with your character's name on it. Reply to that post with your filled out forms for organization's sake.
⒉ Comment to other people! See if their answers fit anything you're looking for and if yours fit anything they are. Don't be intimidated, carpe diem, we like to party.

Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

SO the thread with them so far is p short, but i love what i've seen so far. edgar genuinely likes m and wants to know more about his fucked up world because he's tired of being the only person from a fucked up world. and he's tired of being the only one willing to do something about it

Oh man I am loving their CR so far. So much. Every time M gets an Edgar tag I go "man, I've always wanted to watch Snowpiercer..."

They should totally get to know each other better, and he can learn M's philosophy on life. He will be murder senpai.

Though he also wants to know how he suddenly got all these teenagers in his life, lol.

yesss. and you should definitely watch snowpiercer and i am not just saying that because it's one of my favorite films! though that is a significant portion of it

hey having a philosophy should be interesting! it sure beats 'do whatever dirty steve rogers tells me especially if there's food potentially involved'

I've been meaning to!! It looks really good.

Hey, at least one of the perks of hanging out with Midnighter is there will probably always be food involved (seriously, look at the number of times he's eating or drinking in my icons. It's most of them, and the others are him punching something). And he's not big on telling people what to do, so there's that too.

M wants to know if that's like dog years.

what even are you, m (generous with food, that's all that matters)

basically edgar has lived on a train for eighteen years, so he super knows what living on trains is like, especially in frozen post apocalyptic hellscapes, but anything beyond that is lost to him. he does know about dogs thanks to living with will graham tho he wasnt aware they had their own time counting system.

A science experiment where in exchange for all of his memories and hopes of living a normal life, he gets to be a super-enhanced killing machine :D
