Where does your character live?: Heropa individual housing

What is your character's job?: Civil Engineer for the city of Heropa

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Engineering (old-school stuff like siege engines and wood/stone building and bridge construction), retired military officer and brilliant strategist/tactician, and politician/diplomat. He likes drinking, action movies, military history, staying busy, science (particularly physics), and motorcycles. He'd give up all of the knowledge and experiences he's gained here for the chance to permanently go home to his family and nation, though.
What are your character's plans?:
1. Nanites - He's working with Newt (and by extension Hermann) and Qubit to learn more about the nanites. Knowing Newt, it'll also turn into a study on draconian biology. After the Russians declare war, he will start gathering support and pushing for the complete removal of the nanites so that no one can ever use them against imPorts again.
2. Personhood? - He'll be working with Revan to eventually meet with the UN and try to declare imPorts as their own social group and the right to reside wherever they would like on this world so long as they meet the requirements for/follow the rules of their chosen residence.
3. SELF - With Claire gone home, Kang has taken over the initiative. Assistance would most definitely be appreciated, as there are still a few things about this world he doesn't understand yet.

He is also training InuYasha on the sword, and I will... probably be canon-updating him soon to right after a major war that opened up a lot of possibilities for him on his world. And, he's still working and taking college classes.

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yep, as long as it's worked out beforehand
Is your character interested in teams?: Depends on the circumstances
What kind of plots are you after?: Besides everything above, I'd love for more chances for him to get dragged somehow into ridiculous shenanigans since he's a fairly serious character most of the time - not to say that he doesn't know how to let loose and have fun when he wants, he just finds a lot of the things humans do for fun to be weird. And, his morality is more in the darker shades of grey, so anything that lets me play with that a bit more and possibly make him enemies because of it and his past actions are more than welcomed. He doesn't really hide who and what he is; it's just not a subject that's brought up in most conversations. Ladies (or any other gender) flirting with him is always a plus because he gets adorably flustered, and he's really good at interacting with children when they cross his path.

Hahaha I'm not sure if he'd be willing to do that. He kind of has the problem of if he dies, he won't come back, and he's not keen on increasing the risk of dying unless it's for a good reason.

He's still learning how to work on his own so he doesn't have to go to a mechanic every time.

I concur. So what's Kang's stance on everything Tetsuo is - psychics, criminals in theoretical reform, etc

...he was created for and participated in a war on the side that thieved, murdered, destroyed cities and crops, and worse. He doesn't feel a bit of remorse for all that he did, though he doesn't do that sort of thing anymore because he's got better, more important shit to do like raise a family and run a nation.

He's really in no position to judge this kid.
