Also me. Yes. Pretty much. He's just a big dork. And a Nerd. I figure he would probably get along well with Winry and likely remind her of Al with his personality in essence, actually.

He is very Optimistic and Pure okay. So yeah, similar to Al in that sense. Winry could totally also teach him all these modern things because he will be clueless about this stuff.

And he's still kind of clueless about humans in general because he was raised by seraphim. That is also a Thing.

Yup. Mikleo, his best friend/boyfriend is a (water) seraphim, so there's a lot of hilarity and potential there with their bickering and tickle/poke wars and all from everyone else's perspective.
