In fact, his room has his name on it against some of the coolest 'window out of rock into space' graffiti art ever across the wall over his bed. That's the only decoration in the room, but after decoration like that, is anything else really needed?
On one side of the decently sized bed, there's a small bedside table/cabinet, inside which he stashes Orochi when not carrying it around. On the other side, there's a plastic window (the glass is long dead). Tetsuo's got the side of the bed closest to the window, Kaneda gets to deal with the door.
Otherwise, it's got a spare chair, a desk on the far wall that theoretically has a surface. It's got its own bathroom, like all Nonah rooms do.
There's some spare batteries, a gameboy advance, a ds, and a fancy next gen console that Tetsuo takes with him downstairs to use, but never leaves there dumped all haphazardly on the desk, alongside a bunch of games.
Some of these are on the floor.
There's a cat bed also on the floor that Grim sleeps in a lot, there's also probably trash or wrappers or random spare clothes/laundry unless someone claims them in the name of sanity. Underneath his bed is a long lost roomba.
In the closet's some boxes, empty, carefully arranged to look haphazardly thrown at an angle against the floor. Under them are two stuffednarwhals (Ikkaku-san and Ikkakkun, not that he ever talks about them or acknowledges that they have completely creative unguessable names) and other assorted junk.
