I couldn't even commit to that joke seriously.

No, obviously, Roy hates Lust and is extremely aware of the fact that she is here as well. He's taken from just after his eyesight is back, so the fact that she is alive here is really problematic. It means that any of the others are capable of arriving here as well, and that is troublesome. He's keeping an especially close eye out for any interactions she has, as well as any information that he is capable of getting in regards to what she's been doing, where she is, etc. He's always on his guard, and always ready to fry her if needed.
