01. The city of Heropa is what one might expect from a small, bright and cheery place, where locals are friendly enough and local shop owners might offer a free drink to welcome you to their fair city. Some of the locals might thank you for always lending your service to the nation and others might not say anything. In fact, some people might back away from any imPort who quite obviously looks like they aren't from around the neighborhood. Once in a while there's a look of disdain on someone's face and hushed voices.

An upset, deeply masculine voice wonders aloud: "More of them, when we already know they can't protect us? That's just painting a bigger target on the city's back!"

"That's just what Ronald Chump says!" Exclaims a young woman. She raises her fist in anger at the imPort-hating individual. "We're not going to tolerate bigots here!"

02. De Chima, Virginia, is a large city with a healthy economy, and though it's quieter, there are just as many citizens awed at your presence. Science and technology are the lifeblood of this city, so you're likely to come across a good many locals taking your picture with the newest of devices. Be forewarned: since FanPort happened, imPort fandom is at a new height. Don't be surprised if people start following you just to see if you'll do anything TMZ-worthy.

The trick is to stay calm, and don't wig out if someone asks what you think about imPort shipping.

03. Maurtia Falls, Pennsylvania, is having a rainy day. The streets seem to be running with water, the sky can't seem to stop crying. You might want to check out some consumerism-inclined shelter, be that a smoky and dart-eyed bar full of grumbling locals, or a grimy and industrial coffee shop (full of grumbling locals). Watch your step, newly minted imPort, because if you let on that you're fresh meat then you're likely to attract a posse of two or three sharp knuckled no-good-dooers. This is the criminally exciting part of town, so beware.

04. Nonah, North Carolina, is the liveliest of all cities; loud, busy and there's some kind of energy in the air that gets everyone buzzing with excitement. There's a baseball game going on in one of the parks amidst all those tall buildings, and you're welcome to watch! It's not an official game in the season, it's more like a friendly skirmish between local baseball teams. Midway through the game, the umpire might take note of you new imPorts -- assuming you're standing out in the crowd. He'll welcome you to throw a pitch if you'd like! Of course, the opposing team isn't too keen on the idea. Better look for more imPorts to play ball!

[Kagari spends a long time deciding whether or not respond to Ginoza. The novelty of not being required to do shit has yet to wear off, and he's feeling no small amount of triumph now that they're both here on equal footing. He hadn't gotten this same sense of vindictiveness from meeting up with Akane here, but she never really acted much like an inspector.

Still, as much as he could ignore the order from his no longer superior, where would the fun be in that?]

[Yes of course he is bouncing his eyebrows up and down as dickishly as possible.]

[ He's already on edge, and this kind of baiting would typically be the absolute last thing he needs.. and yet, when he graces the feed with his attention and realises he recognises the voice and the downright annoying expression of someone he's familiar with, he can't bring himself to be pissed off. He's actually relieved which is honestly an incredibly strange thing to be feeling in reaction to seeing Kagari.

Despite his feelings, however, his well trained expression twitches, his eyebrows going a little tighter and his eyes a little more narrow. ]

No. [ He answers as if it was a serious question, but doesn't bother to elaborate. ] Yours can't be something related to what a pest you are. You're capable of that without any special powers. [ It's affectionate bitching but he should basically never try to pull off the jokey thing that Kagari does, because he just sounds awkward and kind of harsh. ]

[Kagari bouncing eyebrows still, and his smile only grows, taking on a sharper edge through Ginoza's attempt at a joke. He's hardly offended, if anything that's something of a compliment. Always good to know that your efforts to be antagonizing are actually working out. He snorts.]

Ah ah ah, you don't understand. I'm much worse now. I can walk through walls.

[Watching Ginoza get increasingly alarmed and horrified as he learned more about this place was going to be incredibly satisfying.]

[ He's almost tempted to roll his eyes because he has heard Kagari spew worse rubbish in the past... but this setting, he realises with a cold drop of dread, would actually allow for him to be capable of walking through walls, and his expression probably shows how against that idea he is. ]

You're joking, aren't you?

[Yes. There it is. That fear. There was absolutely something nice about finally feeling like he could deliver on the suspicions that everyone always aimed in his direction.]

For once in my life- [He grabs a random book from the coffee table that he has his laptop sitting on. He presents it to the camera, raises his right hand as if he were searing, then shoves his arm through the solid object. His hand now sticking out the other side, he wiggles his fingers.] -I am not.

[ Gino watches with a kind of startled apprehension, like he's watching something mildly disturbing but morbidly interesting, and once Kagari is done his face sticks like that for a few moments before it finally drops into the long-suffering droop it often has around him.

Fingers press to his temples. ]

I see. That's... inconvenient.
