01. The city of Heropa is what one might expect from a small, bright and cheery place, where locals are friendly enough and local shop owners might offer a free drink to welcome you to their fair city. Some of the locals might thank you for always lending your service to the nation and others might not say anything. In fact, some people might back away from any imPort who quite obviously looks like they aren't from around the neighborhood. Once in a while there's a look of disdain on someone's face and hushed voices.

An upset, deeply masculine voice wonders aloud: "More of them, when we already know they can't protect us? That's just painting a bigger target on the city's back!"

"That's just what Ronald Chump says!" Exclaims a young woman. She raises her fist in anger at the imPort-hating individual. "We're not going to tolerate bigots here!"

02. De Chima, Virginia, is a large city with a healthy economy, and though it's quieter, there are just as many citizens awed at your presence. Science and technology are the lifeblood of this city, so you're likely to come across a good many locals taking your picture with the newest of devices. Be forewarned: since FanPort happened, imPort fandom is at a new height. Don't be surprised if people start following you just to see if you'll do anything TMZ-worthy.

The trick is to stay calm, and don't wig out if someone asks what you think about imPort shipping.

03. Maurtia Falls, Pennsylvania, is having a rainy day. The streets seem to be running with water, the sky can't seem to stop crying. You might want to check out some consumerism-inclined shelter, be that a smoky and dart-eyed bar full of grumbling locals, or a grimy and industrial coffee shop (full of grumbling locals). Watch your step, newly minted imPort, because if you let on that you're fresh meat then you're likely to attract a posse of two or three sharp knuckled no-good-dooers. This is the criminally exciting part of town, so beware.

04. Nonah, North Carolina, is the liveliest of all cities; loud, busy and there's some kind of energy in the air that gets everyone buzzing with excitement. There's a baseball game going on in one of the parks amidst all those tall buildings, and you're welcome to watch! It's not an official game in the season, it's more like a friendly skirmish between local baseball teams. Midway through the game, the umpire might take note of you new imPorts -- assuming you're standing out in the crowd. He'll welcome you to throw a pitch if you'd like! Of course, the opposing team isn't too keen on the idea. Better look for more imPorts to play ball!

"Yeah, yeah, I'm in," Ruby mumbled, eyes cast down and brows furrowed. "Is that parent scare tactic thing less universal than I thought? I mean, is it just my granny that's absolutely terrifying? Because I'd hate to find out what she'd do to me for something like that."

Finally, she turned to face the two men full-on, a toothy, predatory grin spreading across her face. "The again, my whole family's always been a bit..." Her eyes began to glow a bright and unnatural golden color, and she growled out, "Monstrous."

"Oh no, that tactic is a thing back in my world. I just think it's more directed at little kids than grown men." Laurel replied, casting a glare in the direction of the men. She's waiting for them to make their move, to try to take her down.

The other woman's words catch her attention and Laurel is now looking at her, a little stunned by what she could see. Did her eyes really just?- It seemed to draw the same reaction from the men as the closest one to Laurel reached out with a hand and took a hold of her arm.

Bad idea.

Well, Ruby was hoping to intimidate them into running before it came to any actual violence, but some people just insist on getting their asses handed to them. They crave it for some reason! And sometimes maybe the best thing is just to oblige them.

She stepped forward quickly, practically a pounce, and before the second man could even react, slammed an open palm against his chest with unnatural strength, knocking the air from his lungs and him completely off his feet all in one smooth motion.

Looming over him, she scoffed, "Maybe grown men should learn a little more respect for the ladies in their lives."

Laurel could trust that Ruby would be able to take care of herself. Much as she wanted to see how the other woman took the guy down, she had her hands full.

Twisting her body round, she moved free from his grasp before landing an elbow hard into his face; the man cried out, stumbling a few feet backwards from her. Laurel grinned, stepping forward and delivering a solid punch to his jaw, followed by a knee to his stomach. It does the job as the man fell to the ground.

"I think you should take her advice." She added, glancing over at Ruby. "That was amazing."

"That?" she asked as she turned and moved closer to Laurel with a smile, barely paying attention to the two men anymore. "That was nothing. You are apparently a total badass though! Where'd you learn to do that?"

Ruby may have been strong, but technique was certainly not her forte. Laurel on the other hand clearly knew what she was doing.

"I had a little training from a friend or two." Laurel replied with a small smile. She was grateful for the praise, but she was the last person to get an ego from it.

"But even before that extra training, my dad insisted that I learn how to defend myself. I'm a cop's daughter so it comes with the territory." Another smile. "Laurel by the way. Laurel Lance."

"Ruby," she answered in kind. "It's nice to meet you, Laurel."

Badass lady with a good heart and a killer smile? ...Ruby might've been swooning just a little.
