Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!
( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Character's (approximate) age: looks to be in his late fifties and really, that's what matters.
Character's powers: Time Lord + sonic sunglasses + pulling chalk out of his pockets
Is your character registered/will they be?: no!!! fuck the man!!!
Where does your character live?: Heropa 11 aka one of the houses in constant running for "biggest shitshow"
Are you looking for roommates?: I think there's one space still open?
What is your character's job?: assistant manager at a watch shop, though I think that soon he's gonna get promoted to manager which'll be hilarious because why do people give him responsibility

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Skills include being a dad, space bullshit as the plot demands, playing guitar, time bullshit as the plot demands, being really fucking old, and stupid nicknames. Likes include coffee, sticking it to the man, Clara, Hazel, and the army of teenagers he's somehow pseudo-adopted. Dislikes include people being way too authoritarian, pears, people he loves doing stupid things, and memory loss. Urgent needs probably involve something to fiddle with or someone to bother, especially if he gets promoted this'll send the Doctor into a worrying tailspin of "oh nooooo, I am getting domestic and that shit sucks."
What are your character's plans?: enjoy his time here and not think about going home in the slightest!
Does your character have a secret identity?: not in the slightest
Is your character open for pairings?: very tentative yes. However, I'd want to pair the Doctor up with someone who looks around his age which......eliminates a lot of the game tbh, my kingdom for some older ladies in here.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: yes, but let's plot stuff first.
Is your character interested in teams?: yes but don't expect him to be good at things like 'teamwork'. he's also more interested in "popping in to occasionally help" over "congratulations you are an Official Avenger"
What kind of plots are you after?: who wants to make bad decisions, THE DOCTOR WANTS TO MAKE BAD DECISIONS. Any sort of plot that ends with the Doctor making a terrible decision or something along those lines is a+ with me. He is also very good at pep talks if any of your character need a pep talk.

Hey, he's 17Team yells at everything is go! He's going to have a lot of things to yell at soon, too. How silly or serious do you want this to get, because lately he's been scanning telepathically around Heropa if you want them BOTH to have a reason to yell at each other.
... Tetsuo's reason is just 'he exists and he annoyed me'. He might not even remember he was mad at him in the first place, a lot of people don't matter enough to him to remember.
