Character's powers: Time Lord biology + sonic sunglasses + infinite chalk aka the COOLEST POWER EVER, all the haters can suck it.
Is your character registered/will they be?: oh my god no
Where does your character live?: Heropa 11
Are you looking for roommates?: don't think so? There might be an open spot.
What is your character's job?: he owns a watch shop! Which actually sells watches a good 75% of the time!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Skills include being a dad, space bullshit as the plot demands, playing guitar, time bullshit as the plot demands, being really fucking old, and stupid nicknames. Likes include coffee, sticking it to the man, Clara, Hazel, and generally being a nuisance to people who deserve to be nuisanced at. Dislikes include people being way too authoritarian, pears, people he loves doing stupid things, and memory loss.
What are your character's plans?: continue being charmingly domestic until he realizes it's driving him a bit crazy. Maybe a bit more code-flirting via the Majority Report, just text him already, gosh!!!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Not at all! Come bother the weird alien.
Is your character open for pairings?: yes, but it would have to be very slow-burn and I'm super picky about who I ship him with (partly because of that he's secretly super fucking old thing)
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: YES, see the plots bit
Is your character interested in teams?: he is the worst at teams. By this, I mean I am 100% oocly interested in shoving him on a team but be aware that it is likely going to be absolutely horrible.
What kind of plots are you after?: OKAY THIS IS MEAN, BUT I KIND OF WANT THE DOCTOR TO DIE.
reasons: he doesn't know he's got regeneration nerfed in-game. So I'd love him to pull a Clara and just do something and go way in over his head trying to save someone and oh wait, he can't rely on regeneration anymore because he's just been so cavalier about it and because it'll kick his ass into bothering the government/doing dubious Doctor Who science on nanites some more.

also, CHILD AND TEENAGE CHARACTERS! Do you want someone that isn't child and/or teenage cr, have eccentric grandad to act as the world's worst adult figure. This Doctor especially gets along well with children & teenagers more than most adults so yes, here is someone if you want to broaden your cr base.

Both options are definitely possible! Because yeah, regeneration and changing personalities every few years is a...thing, and you're not a proper Doctor unless you've got one bout of amnesia. BUT ALSO even if Evil Things were to happen, he most likely wouldn't hold it against Namine because hey, you didn't mean for this to happen, right? Good.
