How does this work? It's easy!

Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

I would definitely like to continue CR with these two. And I think Enid's not much in the way of motivation for all things school, but she has some motivation to finish if he needs help.

Yessss me too, he needs more young CR that is actually like, somewhat intelligent and rational. Someone he can call at 11PM to ask how the fuck you're supposed to multiply fractions.

She's definitely a person he could call at 11PM for math help, as long as he can handle the initial short attitude that'll come with at the start of that call. (A girl needs her beauty sleep.) Maybe she'll end up his reluctant tutor since she's of the mindset that kids (namely herself) should be smart enough to work towards better money than minimum wage here.

On the flip side, they're close to the same age and she needs friends around her age too. What else does Noah not know about? Or what does he know about? She's open to all your typical teenage fun, like comics and video games. Though she may not be very good at games...
