TEST DRIVE MEME

Pick any of the following scenarios below or feel free to make up your own, but don't be afraid to throw yourself at anyone's thread, either!

01. Your memory is hazy and you might feel increasingly frustrated or anxious, or maybe you're excited as soldiers march past, barely glimpsing you. One second you're somewhere underground, the next you're enveloped in blue light, and suddenly you find yourself directly under Flordia sun's bright and burning glare. A female soldier steps toward you with a wide smile on her face and directs you to a car, ready to debrief you. You realize you are not the only one, surrounded by equally confused or eager faces... and you're all sporting a digital tattoo on your wrist.

02. Welcome to Cape Canaveral, where the smell of the ocean is in the air and locals are more than pleased to see new imPorts roaming their streets. They wave, they cheer, they ask for pictures as politely as they can. The more inhuman you look, or if you're wearing a costume, the more likely locals are to approach. Hey, enjoy the moment! The popular malt shop is offering you a free drink if you need it.

03. The technology in this world is certainly something. The cars are clearly modeled after popular 50s cars, but they hover several feet above the ground as they drive down the street. There are digital jukeboxes in restaurants, motorcycles also hover through traffic, advertisements can be seen on a digital projector on the taller buildings. Even kids on skateboards appear to drift a safe ten feet off the ground while playing!

04. Wherever you are, you can hear the loud revving of an engine, distance at first before you finally see it: a hovercar bursting around the corner, going beyond the maximum speed limit and just barely making its sharp turn. It doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon, not with two police cars trailing it... and uh oh. Those skateboarding kids don't have much time to get out of the way as the car comes speeding down the road. You've been brought here for a reason Hero — so you better act fast.

[Fun fact: the nervous system of a human is way different than the nervous system of a robot. So robot-turned-human Starscream is pretty much freaked when Elsa starts making snow and ice and drops the temperature, mostly because he's never felt snow falling on his hair or the sensation of being really really cold.

So he's going to make the situation worse.]

Can't you turn that off?

[handwringing]

[What a question. It's just so funny, she forgot to laugh.

She grimaces instead, and looks over at him.]

Not really. Just, please, leave me be. It will melt on its own.

[Hopefully before she freezes all of Cape Canaveral.]

[It would melt on its own...that's nice and all, but Starscream is cold at the moment. So, he walks closer towards Elsa as if to yell at her to no, turn it off, stop the snow because he didn't know what it was but he hated it...

And then he slipped on an icy patch on the ground and hit the floor with a thunk.

Somebody doesn't know how to walk on ice.]

[handwringing]

[Oh no, that's not good. She starts to approach, to help him up, then stops herself.]

Are you alright?

[She hopes he's not hurt.]

[harryingjet]

[Struggling to his feet, Starscream pushes himself up, giving Elsa a glare.]

Oh I'm perfectly fine, [he says, voice dripping with sarcasm.]

[handwringing]

I'm really sorry about that. It was an accident.

[But that doesn't excuse it, does it?]

Maybe you should get off the ice.

[And leave the alley. Please.]

[harryingjet]

I can get the hang of this, [he hissed...though Starscream is obviously leaning against the wall and looks like he'd slip at any moment.]

If you could just stop the ice, then we wouldn't have this problem, would we?

[handwringing]

[Oh Starscream, if she should just stop the ice, she wouldn't have a lot of problems.]

I can't. I don't know how.

[She shakes her head.] I can try to add more snow. It's easier to walk on than the ice.

[As she says it, more snowflakes begin to fall around him, padding the ground.]

[harryingjet]

[Letting out a very annoyed sigh, he brushed some of the snow off of his face.]

Well can you at least make it warmer until then?

[look, it apparently never rains on Cybertron. This whole "precipitation" thing is something Starscream isn't 100% about]
