Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.
Anything else?: If you have anything else to add!

HMM INTERESTING. With that information, Chilton would have something of a dilemma: he usually isn't necessarily fond of his Projects, at least not in a social sense. But it would be tempting to psychic drive a proven killer...

YES! Professional sassmasters here. Chilton's idea of a good time would be hanging out in a bar with Adachi, sassing others.

Do you mind explaining how psychic drive works? I'm on mobile at the moment, and journals are hard to navigate on this thing. Either way, if Chilton spins it as something that will help him, then he'd probably willingly go with whatever. After his development so far, he really does want to work harder at improving himself.

And shit, that's Adachi's favorite pastime. These two could be dangerous.

In his own canon, psychic driving is ESSENTIALLY the manipulation of a patient through the deterioration of his concept of reality or his identity. Chilton favors the latter, Hannibal the former -- this is the main thematic device where they parallel each other. What Chilton does to his patient (the mass murderer) Abel Gideon is make him think he was also the Chesapeake Ripper, a renowned serial killer. But while Chilton's methods tend to favor identity, they do not have to meddle in that direction! And nor would his psychic driving (literally using psychology to drive a specific agenda) need to be REALLY SEVERE. Or even necessary negative! It's all up to what you'd like!

Yes please, this sounds like something fun to plot out? Like positive or negative, it seems like it would be fun to thread out.

I think the best way to start it off is to get these two talking and give Chilton an idea of the kind of person he's dealing with? And then decide where to go from there?
