They're a fun way to introduce a character or recurring themes in their life. The process of putting these together can also give some good insights into what makes them tick -- or how other people perceive them -- so it's always an interesting exercise.

↪ Don't have a post for your character? No problem, just let people know if you're looking for anything or just interested in seeing what people associate with your character!
↪ Looking for particular images/themes/formatting codes? Let people know what they can help you with.

► Comment on other people's posts!
↪ Ask questions about a particular image on their visuals!
↪ Suggest images they could add to their visualosities! Tumblr/Pinterest/etc. can be a good source for images.

▶ For the love of god, Montresor: use content warnings for NSFW/triggering/etc content in your comment headers/link text and link images if you're posting more than 2/3 at a time.

EDIT: AND now that I'm on a computer and can actually do this:

The easy themes: Death/graves/scythes, Catholic imagery/churches, SPAAAACE, military and/or computer technology
HARD MODE: FT Duo-specific stuff, and anything not the above- but especially Martian landscapes, space colony landscapes that aren't from Gundam, motorcycles/greasemonkey stuff, dingy saloons/bars, poker/gambling.
