WELL Crane is currently on the wagon, so to speak, so he won't be fear gassing any event or anything like that. But he IS trying to legitimately develop his fear toxin as a form of exposure therapy. He just needs to see if he can get back his license to treat people legitimately... though if it never happens he'll set up illegitimately. But without that thing of, you know, not getting consent.
