When he's got free time, he likes consuming media, particularly when accompanied with a friend -- books, games, movies, tv, etc etc. are all fair game for him. He also has a symbiotic, semi-homicidal, ancient AI implanted in his spine named Khaji Da - Khaji can be interacted with, for any robo pals! He's also trying to improve at the whole hero schtick after about 500 things went wrong back home. Look at what you did, DC Comics. You gave him anxiety. Urgent needs: continue building that support network!
What are your character's plans?: He's currently the probation officer for Tara, considering going back to school for Psychology, trying to mentor/keep teen heroes alive and well, and doing his superhero thing. He's having, like, a quarter life crisis.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: BLOOD! It's in you to give... to Krul. She's a vampire and she needs this to survive. She doesn't do artificial blood or anything of that nature and prefers straight up, 100% human blood. She's been going to Kaneki's cafe for this and feeds off Yuu (when he was human) but I'm always completely open for anyone being a "blood donor" to her. That being said, she doesn't like humans because they experimented on her brother and she's just seen them do A LOT OF SHIT over the course of a couple thousand years. She'll "converse" with them and all but don't push your luck with her unless you somehow catch her interest.
What are your character's plans?: Currently... I don't have any? She was involved in a ~player plot with Yuu last month and turning him into a vampire so now that it's all done, she's mostly just keeping an eye on the new baby vampire Yuu and making sure he doesn't get himself into trouble or burst into flames because he forgot to put his enchantment on.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Not at all, she's not even afraid to say she's a vampire.
Is your character open for pairings?: LOL SURE?! No, really, this is fine. But I mean... if you're human? GOOD LUCK. It's going to be a little difficult with Krul because she's not one to trust or open up so easily (who is really??) but if you somehow pique her interest and are not human, things could always develop maybe sure.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Sure! She's a tiny vampire but she's a Queen from her world and so she's one of the stronger vampires. So I mean... why not? She'll hurt you, you hurt her, so on and so forth. But she doesn't go looking for this jsyk.
Is your character interested in teams?: Nope. Unless YOU want to work for HER then sure!
What kind of plots are you after?: VAMPIRES! Seriously, I want her to interact with other vampires regardless of what world/canon they come from. Also NOT!HUMANS. If you're a ghost, a ghoul, a skeleton, a floating head, WHATEVER, Krul will be more comfortable around you than humans and might actually be friendlier, too. Also blood donors if anyone ever wants to become "livestock" for her, which... would be better for a human, so I mean, there's that if you're a human and want to become ~friends with Krul. c: Krul's also recently turned Yuu into a vampire so if any of his CR are wanting to ~question her well I mean, you're free to TRY but don't expect her to really care what you think of her having done that. I'm sort of wanting slightly fluffier things with her somehow as well?? But this might be better for her current CR than strangers but I also want darker things too, so, there's that. But really, if you want to interact with Krul in some way, just hit me up and we can probably figure something out. Just know she's not always the nicest of souls to come across.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:

Crane is a cunning and intellectual planner who fuels his addiction to control with manipulation and hallucinogens. He's never ready to quit, though he believes he has the perfect exit strategy. Crane's positive he can manipulate someone to run his trials, pretty much. He is a legitimately competent psychiatrist underneath his lack of ethics and insight if you can put up with him. He's also a pretty good chemist.

What are your character's plans?:

To rebuild his reputation following his experiments. His retirement from villanry to focus on his research might interest those who form dubious relationships or believe in the good in people. He is currently struggling with not falling off the wagon.

Does your character have a secret identity?:

Yes! The Scarecrow. Crane is more himself with his mask on than this face. He's not keeping this secret and neither am I, so if your character has seen his mask or been affected by his work, I'm happy for them to enlighten others to his M.O. Anyone from DC comics familiar with his I.D. can leave Jonathan alone or spread the word, too. I'm happy to say they can also come up to his face and squint.

Is your character open for pairings?:

Not without development. This does not mean I'm uninterested in the psychology of why.

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?:

Always! Crane is an awful person who deserves to face consequences. He delights in the suffering of others and the sensation of power and control that comes with making someone suffer. He attacks people emotionally and psychologically because it reflects his fascination with the mind and his desire to do so in a personal, intimate way.

Is your character interested in teams?:

Perhaps! He's worked alongside others in the past; the League of Shadows, Falcone and Bane. Teams are not something he understands emotionally but analytically; they must provide him with a sense of authority and self-assurance. They are not something he now actively seeks and doesn't see the need for right away. This is because Crane fears being at the mercy of others that might harm him. He loathes the implication of strong emotional dependence being found in others. His need to dominate generally doesn't lend itself well to teamwork. He wouldn't be a reliable member. Crane's in it for Crane.

What kind of plots are you after?:

Anyone who might develop a need to return home! Crane has become attached to Gotham, where he has more freedom in being himself and developing his work without restraint. He has become incapable of blending in with society and practising medicine with a license and has more or less dashed away his comfortable life here to pieces. He prefers to be perceived as a monster not a person, and the chances of that happening back home are greater.

Regarding psychological themes, while his predatory personality would make such development frequent, I am interested in having him emotionally connect with others who have experienced similar trauma as the abuse in his backstory. Crane's capacity for empathy might not exist, but he can identify people facing challenges he’s experienced - and defend them as a means of owning his own past. I am equally interested in confronting his inability to feel confident around those on his level. So a power differential where he lacks authority might be interesting? Probation officers, therapists, telepathic people he's developing CR with, etc. He's also intellectually curious and fascinated by those who are guarded or over-expressive, probably because of that addiction to control.

I'd like people to get involved with his trials in fear toxin therapy! This will develop his research in an ethical direction. Crane's always on the hunt for fascinating test subjects - the type his work will help. I'm also on the hunt for people who, like Batman, will keep him on the straight and narrow. Or throw temptation in his way and make him fall off the wagon.

Crane's also something of a literature snob. I'd love to have him do something with that.

She's a foodie who wants to cook but is pretty inept at it, and she adores musicals and board games. She doesn't like being alone because she has abandonment issues, and doesn't take well to anyone she cares about being threatened. (She also doesn't like punk music or snakes, if that's relevant.)

No real urgent needs apart from the connecting she's doing with people now to ground her. A sense of belonging and normalcy is what she craves most.

What are your character's plans?: Last month an anon post went up trying to sow dissent. She's making it her mission to dig around and see what truth there is (or isn't) to it so she can get the truth out there. And to also reconnect with people her other selves who've been here were close to. Apart from those things, she's looking to plan a game night next month to cheer up a close friend of hers and maybe hang out with a handful of others. Small gathering.

Is your character open for pairings?: Sort of. There's a dynamic I'm going to be exploring in the coming months.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Dandy wants to be famous and he wants to murder people and, as of his arrival, really wants to try some video games out. He's a huge brat that cries a lot but is also very capable of killing the people who upset him. He really needs and craves positive attention from others but he also craves violence and murder, and those two goals tend to get in the way of each other a lot. Dandy is smart and can be charming when he wants to be, too, although he usually play up the qualities that make other people trust and/or underestimate him.
What are your character's plans?: He's going to try and both pursue fame AND get away with multiple murders. He'll also be going to fanport because he can't resist the opportunity to potentially have people admire him.

Is your character open for pairings?: Yes, although it'll be tough to find anyone who is actually compatible with him. He's significantly more likely to be attracted to non-humans or odd-looking humans.

-Villain CR! Dandy'll drop the acts and be more like his true self around fellow villains.

-CR with people who think he's a total weirdo because he'd actually take that as a compliment.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Kaneki Ken used to be a human who was turned into a ghoul - a cannibalistic humanoid species - by a psychotic doctor. He went through a lot of tragedy, torture, abuse and trauma, and has mental illness which includes PTSD, hallucination and personality disorders involving abandonment issues, parental issues, paranoia and so on. He lacks self-worth and self-esteem, and due to his abandonment issues and how he has been abused and beaten down since a child, he often tries to befriend people and get close to them, but still doesn't think he is worthy of these people - thus he tries to protect them and keep them safe, save them and fight for them, in order to show that he is worthy of them.

What are your character's plans?: Kaneki is currently involved in investigation missions: metahumans, DARPA, OTO, stealth tech and the government as well. From that, he will be trying to take a direct approach to the Porter, in order to figure out some questions that need to be answered.

- Any plots involving the metaplot of the game and ~Investigation partiiiiiies~

- Murders or people with access to bodies (kaneki does not ask where you got the body and in fact he doesn't want to know; if you are willing to give it to the cannibal café, he'll gladly take it from your hands buuut he isn't into murder)
- Tech-savvy people who'd like to teach Kanekihow to hack

Anything else and everything else is awesome! i can also offer:
- Mothering everyone he can. Kanekiis actually a huge mother-hen and I'd love some shenanigans about that!
- Training, sparring, teaching people any kind of fighting abilities. Kaneki is AMAZING at hand-to-hand combat and sword fighting styles. He would also use his kagune too, if anyone wants some really serious fighting.
- Cooking. he knows how to cook really darn well, even if he can't eat anything. Kaneki is an amazing cook, honestly, just ask him and he will deliver.
- Teaching literature/languages. Oh yes, not just combat, he is amazing at anything involving literature and languages and Japanese.
- Giving emotional support. C'mon, he is a mother hen. he will do it. he will hug you and tell you you are perfect.

Sabriel wants to make sure RISE is able to investigate and arrest criminal imPorts (And native metahumans, and other threats the local police can't handle) while performing outreach to ensure good relationships with local civilians and the city governments.

I also want to run loose miniplots each month, presenting one criminal NPC metahuman for characters to play out or handwave investigating and confronting, as well as once-monthly logs of outreach to locals as well as training and strategizing at Helix Station. I am also up for 'let's investigate the government' plots, since that's something Sabriel's gotten curious about.

Villains who want to try tangling/antagonizing RISE are welcome to do so, that could be fun.

As far as more personal plots, I want Sabriel to find more friends- characters who can get her to do things for the fun of it, not because it's her duty. She can also teach magic to not-undead characters with an empty power slot, so there's an opportunity for CR there.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:
Jotaro is World's Most Exasperated Man. He's pretty much the classic straight man, who is mostly stoic and logical in scenarios. Though he's also pretty damn blunt, and can unintentionally come off as a jerk because of his attitude. He mostly keeps to himself, but will socialize much like any other person does.

He's a marine biologist by profession, and obviously takes a lot of interest in ocean life because of that. Aside from this he's a lover of detective fiction, and tends to play amateur detective whenever the time calls for it. He doesn't have many things he dislikes outright, with the exception of terrible jokes and people who push his buttons.

What are your character's plans?: Three things. First is researching the crab population of Heropa for his plan to publish his research. After that is making sure a certain piece of shit vampire he hates with all his soul called Dio doesn't go around murdering people. Lastly he's going to try and do some digging into some information on criminal circles, though it's fairly contained to looking into what's publicly available in the records. Because, again, amateur detective - he's mostly just concerned with making sure that certain vampire isn't causing havoc.

Does your character have a secret identity?: Nope. Jotaro doesn't really go out of his way to do heroic things. If something dangerous is happening in the moment, he'll act on his better instincts but that's about it.
Is your character open for pairings?: Not really. Jotaro is married in canon, and while it's strained he's not inclined to be with anyone else but his wife at the moment.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Oh definitely. It's pretty much canon tradition for JoJo characters to get super fucked up in battle, so I'm all for it. He's just pretty resilient and will keep going until he physically collapses most times.
Is your character interested in teams?: Not at the time. He's trying to just live normal as humanly possible right now.

What kind of plots are you after?: I'd really like some crazy, zany and silly stuff in general. JoJo is all about the characters getting into hilariously stupid scenarios and trying to get themselves out of it. Jotaro is World's Most Exasperated Man for a reason, and I don't mind throwing him into difficult scenarios to generate some CR. Getting roughed up, or into a jam, is just part of the daily life for him.

Also as he starts looking into the underbelly of the crime world, it wouldn't be surprising if someone sniffs out that he's doing some investigation via public records.

Anything else?: I'll be making a public post probably before the month ends, since my job is finally going to enter a slower period where I'm not constantly demanded at work events.

I would love to do some JoJo level zany stuff with Andrew here. And Jotaro's straight man aspect would play great with Andrew's sass and sarcasm I think.

On a more specific level, if Jotaro is looking for any help investigating the underground/criminal activity Andrew would be all over that. He's got plenty of experiencing doing it from his own canon.

urgent needs: not really any right now!
What are your character's plans?: tentative plans are for him to blow up Gemini's apartment at some point in retaliation for her framing him for bank robbery, but we haven't pinned that down/gotten mod approval for it yet

What is your character's job?: On the books? Working at Merlotte's Bar and Grill, and as an intern at Wayne Enterprises. Off the books? She's a member of the Constellation. She's also using her internship at Wayne Enterprises to keep an eye on Jonathan Crane.
