How does this work? It's easy!

⒈ Make a thread for yourself or a comment with your character's name on it. Reply to that post with your filled out forms for organization's sake.
⒉ Comment to other people! See if their answers fit anything you're looking for and if yours fit anything they are. Don't be intimidated, carpe diem, we like to party.
⒊ Keep checking back! We strongly encourage you to track top-levels even, if possible. We want to make sure everyone gets their fair shot.

Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He makes a habit of reaching out to people a lot. He has a very good shoulder to cry on. He also can ride that high horse of morality preetttty damn well. He is happy to help people train their powers, sometimes organises found-family gatherings, collects adoptable children material (you don't need to be younger than him, he can totally baby a sixty-year-old too,) he likes tea, books, quiet downtime at home, and he really likes all fantastic new powers. What he dislikes are people hurting each other, especially any questionable behaviour towards children and well... I must mention that despite having high sense of morality and having no trouble debating values and behaviours, he isn't judgemental and will in fact accept even those with less than perfect track record. (A massive understatement.)
What are your character's plans?: He's slowly moving forward with trying to get some feedback from the government on some shit that he thinks needs to be a thing. He most likely will unregister as a sort of an ideological statement. (No one cares!) He's very concerned about underage imPorts and who is looking after them and in what ways, especially unregistered underage imPorts. He's reaching out as much as he can but at the same time he's concerned about the fact that he might be ported out, which brings him to think that there should be some kind of an institution among the imPorts to make sure that these practices continue... blah blah blah
Does your character have a secret identity?: Not really no. Some people call him Professor X but he doesn't really do anything with it.
Is your character open for pairings?: According to so many, he is already married. (??????)
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes! He's not hurting anyone, but I'm happy to discuss injuring possibilities if you are eager to give him hell.
Is your character interested in teams?: Not really. He's happy to help others with theirs and unless you count his family unit as a team, then definitely, but not as a superhero kind of team. He'll train your heroes though! (and villains probably, he doesn't really discriminate, oops.)
What kind of plots are you after?: Negative CR! Please! That'd be great. He's kind of easy to dislike, too, honestly. I mean I'm always open for more positive CR but I'm dying for some negative. Now, for plots plots, I'm kind of settled for the moment. Not actively reaching out to new ones. He's going to be part of the Heaven Scent whooplah and I have plans for him later regarding other things. But I'm always always happy to throw him into meta-plot things. And if you want to grab him for something else, too, I would have no objections. Let's do it!

Well, there is some potential for Negative with Nikolai here, given well.

It's the Gold Silver Crystal Rival. He's a jerkface. I'm sure he can find something to poke re: Charles.

But it won't be the telepathy, what with Psychics being A Thing in his world.

Yes! I'll put up a log eventually, maybe not this month though, for abilities training again. Before that they could just hang out. Charles is forever grateful for what she did for him. Come nudge him at the cook-out!

As much as I love Charles, I would definitely be open for some negative CR or at least negative interactions with he and D33 - I still haven't hit him up at the picnic yet (I've been behind on tags in general but I'm also trying to decide if D33 would approach him at all), but we can def plot smth with that if you want to or just about anything

even if they became friends eventually, I'm sure at first d33 would not react well to charles given the telepathy thing

I've been so behind on my tags because I'm still sick. But we could have them bump into each other at the picnic. It could be an accidental thing, too?

That's cool with me! I've also been really slow because school is starting and I'll probably be slow for a while. I've been handwaving in my head that at some point D33 realizes Charles is at the picnic and ends up leaving. BUT that could certainly happen because they meet and start talking.

I have a top level with D33 just generally wall-flowering and since Charles wouldn't recognize him I don't see why he wouldn't come say hi so we could do that maybe? Or if you'd prefer I can hit up your top level since it mentions charles saying hi to random guests anyway

Bring them both to meeee, Charles would probably love Barry instantly. He's like the nerdy sunshine son that Charles never had, really. And he'd totally be easily amused by the trend that seems to be going with regenerative powers and grumpiness. I'd love to CR with both of yours.
