Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:

Crane is a cunning and intellectual planner who fuels his addiction to control with manipulation and hallucinogens. He's never ready to quit, though he believes he has the perfect exit strategy. He is a legitimately competent psychiatrist underneath his lack of ethics and ego if you can put up with him. He's also a pretty good chemist.

What are your character's plans?:

To rebuild his life following his experiments. His retirement from villanry to focus on his research might interest those who form dubious relationships or believe in the good in people. He is currently struggling with functioning in society and apathy towards society and imPorts in general.

Does your character have a secret identity?:

Yes! The Scarecrow. That is who he is now and he doesn't need his mask to build a sense of identity. He's not keeping this secret and neither am I, so if your character has seen his mask or been affected by his work, I'm happy for them to enlighten others to his M.O. Anyone from DC comics familiar with him can spread the word, too.

Is your character open for pairings?:

Platonic ones, yes. This does not mean I'm uninterested in the psychology of why he won't commit.

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?:

I would prefer to discuss it first. Crane is trying to remain on the wagon.

Is your character interested in teams?:

No! Crane fears being at the mercy of others that might harm him. He loathes the implication of strong emotional dependence being found in others. His need to dominate generally doesn't lend itself well to teamwork. He wouldn't be a reliable member.

What kind of plots are you after?:

Anyone who might develop a need to return home! Crane has become attached to Gotham, where he has more freedom in being himself and developing his work without restraint. He prefers to be perceived as a monster not a person, and the chances of that happening back home are greater.

I'd also like people to get involved with his fear toxin therapy if he regains his license! This will develop his research in an ethical direction. Crane's always on the hunt for fascinating test subjects - the type his work will help. I'm also on the hunt for people who, like Batman, will keep him on the straight and narrow. Or throw temptation in his way and make him fall off the wagon.

Crane's also something of a literature snob. I'd love to have him do something with that.

Can Crane introduce Cinders to modern lit?

Absolutely! Things could head that way in his current network post if you want? I mean the link to literature is easy cough cough POE so I can spin it towards modern lit easily enough.

I'm so torn about their CR. It could go either way and it fascinates me. More? I guess that's all.

I did see that you wanted negative CR! Jean did invite Crane to the picnic, but since it's really not his thing he didn't attend. Crane is somebody who can develop negative CR easily due to his ego, but perhaps their CR can turn negative once Charles realizes Crane's involvement with Phoenix/Jean? I believe Jean's player said Phoenix found Scarecrow, who IS Crane's real identity, interesting.

Does any of that help?

Yes, I do! Part of me is tempted to say Charles would try to nudge Crane to a more positive direction, because that's who he is. Which might be irritating as well?

But he's definitely not going to be suspicious of his dealing with Jean. Though, Charles is going to try approach Phoenix in a completely different way this time. But Jean is definitely the apple of his eye, mess with her and he's going to be very upset.

im up for more literature snobbery between these two if you are up for that? jotaro can put up with a lot of types of attitudes because he lives as world's most exasperated man always. also philosophical stuff.

additionally my other character, loma shade, would probably be up for assisting with toxin research since she herself is constantly experiencing hallucinations as a side-effect of her powers.
