RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Reggie's skills are mostly athletically-inclined, but he's also pretty decently smart, clever, and socially savvy, even if he doesn't always come off that way. He likes sports, cars, partying, flirting/sex, and generally having fun, but he's capable of taking things seriously sometimes-- generally dislikes having to do so. Also dislikes exposing himself to vulnerability (particularly emotionally), fear, authority, annnnd criticism. His needs are nothing urgent, but he could use more (actual) friends to talk to/hang out with/confide in/etc. (yes I know he makes this incredibly hard), to ACTUALLY talk about feelings and shit, more positive authority figures in his life, and probably an eventual intervention.
What are your character's plans?: Getting back on the football team or giving strong consideration to the idea of dropping out of school if he can't, buying a car when he can afford it, annnnd that's most of it I guess?

raven has bionic physiology so if she taps into that there's a good chance he may (accidentally?) get his ass handed to him if he teaches her how to tackle. she also has a handicap wrt one of her legs; long story short, murphy shot her and it almost paralysed her from the waist down, but after emergency surgery, she just can't quite feel/move her leg like normal. so he's got his work cut out for him if you're/he's still up for teaching her how to tackle!
she will definitely help him fix his car as payback for football education.

also, as a sidebar, hilariously (well... ish) one of my other characters (Ray) also has bionic legs (and a bionic hand) due to becoming paralyzed from the waist down?? I don't know if they'd get along whatsoever but that's such a weirdly specific commonality I feel like one day they should to have a conversation about it HAHA.
but no apologies necessary!! that sounds like a fun and extremely Flash-like plot but also, I have no particular stake in how Reggie's AU education does or does not get expanded so I'm still game to roll with it all. Reggie might get confused and frustrated but he needs to start getting over his narcissistic highlander insecurities somehow...

Other than that, her current plans are to stay afloat and not go broke. She works as a part-time fencing instructor, but she hasn't been able to do it as often after school started. Since she's unregistered and not that great at budgeting, she's constantly short on cash. So he might also see her doing odd jobs (dog walking, mowing lawns, etc) for extra money. Other than that, she does talk to Chilton semi-regularly, so she might have seen him there, too.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: As a former gangbanger, a lot of Diablo's skills naturally relate to the lifestyle: using and dealing weapons/firearms, dealing, car theft, arson (obviously), and general intimidation and physical combat skills. Not that he really makes use of them anymore! He's also a decent, if self-taught, tattoo artist. Also, keeping his cool... ironically. He likes classic muscle cars, oldies music (rock, hip hop, blues), Chicano/Aztecan mythology, tattoos (...), and being left alone, and he dislikes being expected to do things, water, cops, most people, and being alive in general. His needs are mostly just for him to learn to allow himself to keep living his life without feeling like he deserves to constantly be miserable, to learn to feel comfortable with using his powers again and of his level of control over them, to let himself develop bonds with people, etc. but those are things he's been working on during his year+ being here!
What are your character's plans?: Again, learning to better control his powers and feel comfortable with using them is a big one, although he still toys with the idea of finding a way to get them nullified (and has considered getting himself arrested in order to do so) and see what his life is like without them. Also, to get a couple new tattoos.
Does your character have a secret identity?: No.
Is your character open for pairings?: Yyyyes technically. It's been over a year since he lost his wife but he's still Not Over It™ and hasn't so much as hooked up or even kissed anyone in his time here, so while either of the former could likely be on the table now, it'll take him more time to be ready for a real relationship.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes and yes! Specifics depending, of course.
Is your character interested in teams?: It depends?? Not really, but there are circumstances under which he could be reluctantly persuaded.
What kind of plots are you after?: All kinds!! I always love developing new CR (whether positive, neutral, or negative), and also more serious plots, power exploring, or lighthearted antics are all A+ with me. Diablo attends (Catholic) Church semi-regularly these days with Jaime, so explorations of religion as he tries to reconcile himself with it again could be pretty fun, as well as plots that call back to his past (either what he did, or his gang days) especially if he's forced to confront or revisit parts of it he'd rather not to but needs to for the situation. Also he still has a bomb his neck from Task Force X???? But yeah, anything.

the powers thing sounds like an awesome thing for them to talk about too, because while his discomfort stems most heavily these days due to... well, the obvious ways fire powers can cause problems, but! since he grew up being one of the only (if not the only) person he knew of with powers, he's also struggled with being a metahuman in the past, so! he gets it in a way.

Are you looking for roommates?: He's toying with the idea of moving to Maurtia Falls, so (CR depending) if someone wanted to get a place with him there then yeah, sure!
What is your character's job?: Daycare attendant at the moment, but he'll be leaving it soon.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Ray has a lot of skills! He's a former spy, his time during which he was involved in field operations, missions analysis, code cracking (system/security overriding, etc.) and bomb technicians (programming and defusing), he's skilled with firearms, gymnastics, skiing, safe-cracking, he's a pilot... etc. He likes the finer things in life such as liquor, cigarettes, marijuana, R&B music, Japanese culture, being well-dressed, poker, skiing, and being mobile, and he dislikes being belittled or mocked or fucked with, being reminded of his redneck roots, and being about 50% cyborg parts. Ray's most urgent needs right now are mostly just to find a new job, and to probably have a new remote made for the battery pack that allows his legs to work so that in case something happens to him, there's a way to reboot their CPU and get him walking again.
What are your character's plans?: Again, mostly just to find a new job! He's considering becoming a cop since it's not too different from what he was doing before, plus (in his mind) he would have more freedom to carry his guns and to casually smoke pot.

Is your character open for pairings?: He's been a couple of dates with Iwai that actually went pretty well, so for now he's seeing where that goes. He's still open to keeping his options open, though.

Is your character interested in teams?: Maybe but it depends? He probably won't actively seek any out, but he's not against the idea either.
What kind of plots are you after?: All kinds!! I always love developing new CR (whether positive, neutral, or negative) and also plots that revolve around CR/interpersonal relationships such as relationship and/or friendship drama, secrets being kept/revealed/exposed, emotional confrontations, etc., but also more serious plots, power exploring, or lighthearted antics are all A+ with me. I'd love to build up relationship dynamics that can have bantery back-and-forths like his relationships in canon, but also just develop an assortment of different relationships with people (friendships, frenemiships, rivalries, mentor/mentee/pseudo-familial, etc.). Stuff that calls back to his spy past, especially if he does become a cop, would also be super fun, or anything to do with his Weird Science Bionic Limbs™. BASICALLY: action-y buddy cop shit (from the serious to the hilarious to the hilariously unfortunate), witty or bitchy banter, emotional connections that he can have personal emotional conversations and/or just gossip with, and comedically grotesque body horror.
