Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!
( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Character's powers: Alchemy. Which I tried to explain over here as best I could, referencing the wiki.
Is your character registered/will they be?: Registered. Forever military/government dog, evidently.
Where does your character live?: #31. Prob eventually looking to move out to stay with Al and Winry properly without disturbing their roomies so much.
Are you looking for roommates?: Nope.
What is your character's job?: Milk delivery. Bleh. No, he is probably going to look into rolling with the making/fixing things with alchemy idea.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He hates milk. And being called short (shut up he is totally growing excuse you). Father/authority figures kind of less so in setting him off but still lineface worthy. As for skills, besides the alchemy he is pretty damned intelligent when he doesn't let his temper get the best of him. And as far as urgent needs go, there's the auto-mail (thank you, Winry). But I'm still debating if having Noi regain his limbs here will be a Thing or not.
What are your character's plans?: To get the fuck outta dodge and get home so he can keep his promises. Er, no really. Find out more about these porters if he can, do his best to keep Winry safe.
Does your character have a secret identity?: What is this meaning of 'secret' identities? Ed is infamous, excuse you.
Is your character open for pairings?: Pairings as in romance? Cause uh. crush things maybe but lol what is this concept how to girls. He spouts the periodic freaking table to avoid thinking of Winry while she fixes his arm okay......
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Sure. Ed gets beaten up all the time in canon so. He's pretty fair game there! Plus between his temper and penchant for getting into trouble.
Is your character interested in teams?: He's teamed up with the chimera and Greed before. I see no reason to limit myself with saying no to the idea.
What kind of plots are you after?: Uh. Nothing in particular off of the top of my head that I can think of? Still kinda getting him settled and feeling my way with being new here. But I know he would def be checking the library and poking around on the whole. 'lets bring dead people as imports too!' thing and how that. even freaking works. And poking around about powers because he is paranoid and freaking out over Al's being 'yay human body'.
Anything else?: ew milk why. No really he loves it so much this is clearly the best job for him.
