Cass is actually kind of amazed by how well she gets along with Riptide, but Cass being Cass I don't think she's realized they're pretty much friends yet? All her interactions with him are kind of clouded by "wtf I'm talking to a giant alien robot" still, but that's starting to fade, especially as she gets to know him better. She thinks he's a big dummy but at the same time his life has sucked so much that even she feels very bad. She also feels really surprised that they can relate on a lot of things! This is not what she anticipated! What's this "getting along with someone" shit??

Anyway they are Fwiends although I don't think Cass would say so...she's Cool and Hardened... (jk she secretly wants friends)
