Step 1: Post with your character(s)
Step 2: Other characters come along and ask them questions. Anon is OK!
Step 3: Your character is obligated to answer truthfully.
Step 4: Discuss the answers ICly. HAVE FUN

[ He sighs heavily. ]

I've never been good at this kind of thing, Skeets, but... Yeah.

I'm in love with him, and I'm never going to get a chance to tell him.
snarkbot: (good as gold)

I'm sorry, sir. I wish you could, for both your sakes.
deadkord: (I almost killed a man in the basement.)

But what good would it do, even if I could? I'm dead, and no matter how hard he tries, we can't change that.

Technically speaking, our timeline doesn't exist anymore from what I have been able to gather.

But there is nothing stopping you from being alive here, and here you are alive.

Even if you could get a message to him in our original universe, I believe it would give him some... closure.
deadkord: (Cheaper ways to kill their enemies.)

Yeah, well, as far as I can tell, I don't have a place in the new timeline, either.

[ He's quiet for a minute after Skeets' comment on him being alive here. ]

...I've never really believed in Gehenna or Purgatory or Hell or anything like that—y'know, despite literally going to a hell dimension that one time—but sometimes I think if there is such a thing, it might not look all that different from this. Just familiar enough to life to make you reflect on everything you did wrong the first time.
snarkbot: (always keep a backup)

I'm not programmed for metaphysics, sir, faith is beyond me. But your mistakes aren't everything you should be able to reflect on, particularly as they by no means outweigh the good you did. Our universe is objectively proven to be better for having you in it.
