Ananke asked me if I wanted to be a god. After all the death and heartbreak and bullshit. She asked me if I was still stupid enough to want it. I said yes- . . . and it was perfect. I was perfect. I had something beautiful, and holy, and mine. It was better than I could have ever imagined. It was worth my life.

But it didn't cost my life. It cost my whole family's lives, Mum, Dad, Jenny, and Inanna's.

I know- I know it was Ananke that did it, but I could have said no.

And even then, this Ananke underestimated you.
