How do you feel about Bodhi?

[Ho boy.]

A lot? Is "a lot" an answer to that question? [No.]

Bodhi is hands down one of the best men - the best people - that I know, from here or home and I'm pretty sure whatever other universes happen to be out there. He's incredibly brave; far braver than I've ever had cause or needed to be, and he's directly responsible for the fact that I'm even alive in the first place. I mean, you all are, but. Him most of all.

I love him. Like - I can't put any qualifiers on that, really, and it doesn't actually sound like enough. He's one of the best things that Earth gave me and if he left? Like you and Cassian did? And came back and had forgotten all about me? I-- fuck, I don't even know what I'd do. Gone, fine, I could deal with gone. Everyone dies eventually. But Bodhi-- Bodhi's my family. We both got here at the same time and he's been one of the most stable figures of my life here, and then on top of that he's the kindest, most caring person--

A lot. I feel a lot. You don't need to tell him I rambled about it though, alright?

Bodhi is a great person and I'm glad the two of you have the relationship you do.

It's not like it's a secret but it'd probably embarrass him.

Is it weird, being back, and having a bunch of relationships with holes in them that you don't remember?

For me it is. The pressure of trying to rekindle the lost relationship and avoid letting the other person down is taxing. Maybe someday everything will catch up to where it was before, but the expectation slows the progress a little.

If it makes a difference - you don't have to worry about that, with me anyway. Last thing I want is to make your life any more difficult, here.

And since I literally have to be honest? I'd like to be friends. Better ones, than we were. So I'm okay starting from scratch.
