Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He's great with business, hacking, tech, electrical engineering, being a dick, etc. Pretty much your standard "I know better than everyone else and I'm gonna do it my way" and "do as I say not as I do" type. All the stuff you hear about him is true, genius playboy blah blah blah that bullshit, but he's got a dark side a mile wide AND GAPING OPEN, and he's more than willing to do what's necessary to make sure that he gets his way most of the time. He likes women, being himself, tech, etc. He's definitely the sort to take time out of his day to flaunt how cool he is, but he's never willing to admit fault. But he'll say he's taking measures to fix things. Used to be a good guy until Red Skull decided he should lose his inhibitions and now fucking christ this is what you're left with. sorry y'all
What are your character's plans?: Fuck stuff up! He's SIMing a little bit more, and building things up with Stark TV!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Well he doesn't advertise the SIM thing

Is your character interested in teams?: sure but he'll probably be a bad team member
What kind of plots are you after?: SIM is slowly building up the next big thing; other than that...modplot, general tech stuff, slowly making people upset that he's actually evil :')

Mitsuru is very much interested in working for StarkTech since it's a company not so far removed from what the Kirijo Group did back home and it's better than the job she was given when she got here. She's aware she'll need a little time to prove herself but she'll definitely be setting out to impress (considering she's been groomed to take over the Kirijo Group since she was very young and spent the last few months of canon actually overseeing the running of things after her father's death).

Totally game! Tony's pretty used to working with imports, so in most instances, they don't have many problems working for them as long as they show some basic technical competence, of which I assume she's got!

So he's totally game for it!

She has technical competence where it comes to knowing how it all works and using it. Less so for the actual hands-on part - she understands enough to get what the technicians and scientists are doing but it's more theoretical for her.

What sort of role that suits her for I'll leave with you, since I'd say really she could handle most things outside of actually building or designing the tech (beyond offering ideas based on what worked for the Kirijo Group).

Oooh, maybe something in project management, or HR? Or even PR? It's really up to you, I'm not familiar with her canon, but I'm honestly game for just about anything!

Project management would definitely suit her down to the ground since she's a little better at dealing with projects than she is dealing with people (not to say she wouldn't try but she doesn't really have the "talk to me about anything any time" vibe for HR). She wouldn't go after the big ones right away but she would see if she could talk him into putting her onto something that's more low-key/low-risk so she can prove herself (and also so she can get used to working for someone else because she's not really done that before).
