Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Character's powers: Keyblade/magic type stuff from canon, the ability to sense which direction Sora's in, can summon/control some cute monster dudes, and (most importantly) he can summon ice cream bars at will

What is your character's job?: Student/ice cream salesboy

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He's currently dealing with some serious PTSD/depression issues from canon events, and grieving the death of his best friend without an understanding of how to process that. Heavy shit, I know, but he's not all doom and gloom boy—well, he kinda is, but he's making an effort not to be as he figures out who he is now that he's suddenly gotten a life back. He's slow to trust but very inclined to be on the side of someone who's been used by others. At his heart, he's a good boy who can kick ass and skateboard like Nobody's business.
What are your character's plans?: "UHHHHHH" -Roxas, probably. (He's going to go to school! And he's bored as hell without monsters to fight so he'd love to find some kind of substitute there.)
Does your character have a secret identity?: No, although he may end up skulking around with his face hidden under a black hood if that counts?
Is your character open for pairings?: Boi is fairly clueless ICly but I think teen crush stuff would be cute as hell. It doesn't necessarily need to evolve into a Relationship, either.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Hell yeah
Is your character interested in teams?: He'd be wary but I think it could be interesting
What kind of plots are you after?: How Do I Teen, finding other members of the fucked up child soldier club, wrangling with his identity issues, sorting out his Swiss cheese memory
