Name: Your character!
Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Where can your character commonly be found? Places that might enable chance meetings, or give a basis for common ground!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

The Joker
( THE BASICS )
Name: The Joker
Canon: DC Comics (Preboot)
Character's (approximate) age: Early 40's
Character's powers: 1) Resistance to Toxins and Mind Control (you can't poison what's already gone bad, and you can't mind-control someone if their mind's too slippery to be held), 2) Accelerated Healing (exactly what it sounds like), and 3) Human Jukebox (he can make whatever song he likes play all around him at any time).
Is your character registered/will they be?: Nope! I'm shooting for that coveted CRIMINAL tattoo.
Where does your character live?: In standard-issue De Chima housing with Harley and roommates, but I'm looking to change that up soon.
Are you looking for roommates?: Not at the moment.
What is your character's job?: He's a talent scout for the De Chima Laugh Factory, and he actually loves it. You can find him there most evenings.
( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: He's a style- and comedy-minded terrorist who's obsessed with getting Batman's attention. At the moment, he's in need of 1) some like-minded individuals to help further his goals, 2) a new base of operations, and, as always, 3) a few great new acts for the club.
What are your character's plans?: He and Crane have been cooking up a scheme, but the details on that haven't been finalized quite yet. Broadly speaking, he's looking to cause trouble and make a name for himself here in the wonderful world of MoM.
Does your character have a secret identity?: No. Unless you count his pre-Joker identity, which he's never disclosed to anyone (and which isn't on his paperwork here, either). He's just Joker, or the Joker, depending on the situation.
Where can your character commonly be found? Your best bet is to come by the De Chima Laugh Factory, but you may run into him elsewhere in De Chima, too. He doesn't bother visiting other cities too often these days, but he will if something catches his attention.
Is your character open for pairings?: No, he's involved with Harley and I'm not looking to change that.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Please hurt him. He has that accelerated healing thing going on here, plus a high pain tolerance in general, so he can take quite a bit of punishment. I also LOVE writing fight scenes, so really, have at it. I'd enjoy having him hurt your character, too, unless yours is a child.
Is your character interested in teams?: Sure! But he plays dirty, jsyk.
What kind of plots are you after?: I'm looking for crime plots, dark comedy, screwy not-quite-friendships, and negative CR of all types, as well as anything that can challenge him and push back against his ideas of how the world works.
Anything else?: Joker's very outgoing and is big on networking with people, so if your character spends much time in the De Chima area (especially if they're into anything less-than-legal), come hmu and we'll figure out how they might know each other. I'm also actively looking for new members of a clown gang, so if that appeals to you at all, lmk.
Re: The Joker
That said, he's not a fan of the Joker. He doesn't hate him, it's more the type of thing where he used to think the Joker was the best villain ever and then he grew up a bit and realized that the Joker's 'randomness' could be sort of cringy and that his need for Batman's attention is just sad. (To be fair, he had a similar reaction to Batman himself: Oh, actually this is a grown man who runs around in spandex because he has daddy issues.) Also he adores Barbara Gordon, so there's that whole thing.

Second: YES, let's do some Laugh Factory shenanigans. You remember in Goodfellas, when Liotta's just starting to fall in with Pesci and De Niro and all of them? I'd love to see Marco in a screwy-as-hell Joker-ized version of something like that (cw: language), where he's in the club on a regular basis and gradually starts developing some rapport with Joker and getting involved in things.
And sure, sure, Joker won't take any of that personally. He's used to people not liking him; that's nbd and has nothing to do with business. And anyway, isn't looking down on one's childhood heroes just a necessary part of the whole adolescence thing? 😂 Joker'll probably find it amusing.

He is also 100% one of the hecklers, especially if he can get served alcohol. (Marco's argument is that joining the military allows you to drink underage and he fought so everybody can bite him.) He'd get involved, but he is amoral rather than evil, so while he won't like... stop other associates from being violent (and he doesn't have a moralizing bone in his body) he's got some limits on what he personally will do. Plus he's got a very strong priority ranking and if screwing over the Joker will either help someone Marco likes more or get Marco close to his larger goals, he'll do it. But if those aren't issues (or we want complex CR down the line), it could work! (Also since he knows the Joker he knows better than to expect any loyalty out of Joker either, so it's at least balanced.)
LOL right? It really is kind of amusing, and Marco's just as disdainful and judgey of Bats, so there's that.
