Cascading power malfunctions would do it. Enough of us have powers that affect other people, you get the right people into a soap opera argument, and the whole venue would burn down.

To tell the truth, I'm surprised he hasn't, yet.
For my money, the other guy's a powder keg. It's just a matter of how long until the fuse burns down.
