Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!

Name: Kaz Brekker
Canon: Six of Crows duology
Character's age: 18
Character's powers: Permissions
darkness manipulation: create, shape and manipulate darkness and shadows. With this power, he can also create and dispel shields and teleport himself via shadows, with the caveat being that there must be some shadow wherever he is trying to get to.
contact telepathy: When he touches someone, Kaz can project and receive thoughts/information mentally. At first, this will be limited to the thoughts a target is currently thinking; with practice, he will be able to dig past that or actively search. There is the potential for empathic transfer - Kaz could project his feelings if he isn't careful, and worse, he can receive feelings that his target is feeling. This is most likely to during lapses in concentration or during unintentional contact.
Is your character registered/will they be?: no / not unless he has a damn good reason. Since CNC2020 he's extra leery of the government.
Where does your character live?: Maurtia Falls
Are you looking for roommates?: No; he's looking for another place to live.
What is your character's job?: His official job is as an assistant at Sunny Skies Bird Sanctuary. But he'll do anything someone will pay him to do.

RUNDOW: Kaz is a conman, a card sharp, a schemer, a thief, a murderer, and ridiculously adept at sleight of hand tricks. He's an expert lock pick, safe cracker, and pick pocket. He likes money, well tailored clothes, competent colleagues, patrons that pay on time, hot baths, and a good magic trick. He dislikes setbacks, gullible people, and anyone that questions his plans.
What are your character's plans?:
+ learn to control his powers
+ establish himself in the criminal underworld
+ amass capital
+ acquire property
Does your character have a secret identity?: Not really, just a reputation: Dirtyhands
Where can your character commonly be found? Gambling dens, backroom card games, hustling around Maurtia Falls and a few of the other cities to get the lay of the land and look for resources. He can regularly be found at cafes, bars, and restaurants he's taken a liking to.
Is your character open for pairings?: Sure, but good luck. Kaz has haphephobia (a fear of touching and being touched) that's wrapped up in PTSD and a general contempt for most people. If he can't use someone he's generally not interested.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Absolutely on both accounts. Kaz is willing to hurt most people without even needing a reason.
Is your character interested in teams?: Only if they're competent.
What kind of plots are you after?:
+ Crime. I have an OOC post up that outlines Kaz's talents, but in general he will do anything that someone pays him to. He might be discerning in who he takes money from, but not the job. Dirtyhands will see it done.
+ Kaz might not like many people, but he's used to having a gang around. He needs associates he can tolerate.

And given they're both involved in Maurtia Falls's criminal underbelly, maybe they'll work together in the future!
Declan Lynch | The Raven Cycle
Name: Declan Lynch
Canon: the Raven Cycle
Character's age: 21
Character's powers: Permissions/Opt-Out
power nullification: Able to cancel out the powers of others or weaken their effects, making them unable to utilize their powers as long as they are under his focus/within his range of influence - roughly a 20 yard radius. At first, this will only manifest when he's afraid, a passive zone of power nullification/disruption; as he settles in, he will learn to use it more at will and in a more directed fashion.
Is your character registered/will they be?: No; he's willing to consider it but he generally doesn't like being in databases.
Where does your character live?: De Chima Apartment
Are you looking for roommates?: Not at the moment.
What is your character's job?: assistant manager at an art gallery

RUNDOWN: Declan is an utterly charming and utterly forgettable person, and he has worked hard for that. He is boring. He is unremarkable. He is banal. He is also an accomplished liar. He does it without hesitation and he does it to survive. He is a trained boxer and marksman. He definitely owns at least one gun and keeps it out of sight. Declan doesn't like surprises and he's had plenty since arriving here. He is Ronan Lynch's brother. Since he's arrived, Ronan has insisted that Declan is no longer on the clock, that he could have the life he's denied himself. Declan has trouble believing any of that. He dislikes his brother's obsessive, co-dependent, and frankly disturbing relationship with Kylo Ren.

Where can your character commonly be found? De Chima, though he visits other cities if his job sends him there.
Is your character open for pairings?: Sure, though he resists any kind of serious attachment. He's been burned. Best if he just sticks to superficial relationships.
Are you open to having your character get hurt?: Absolutely. He's Ronan's brother and generally protective, in his way, so if anyone wants to try to exploit that, go for it. He's ready.
Is your character interested in teams?: Not particularly, but he could be convinced.
What kind of plots are you after?:
+ More CR! Declan needs to meet more people. He has an open log here.
+ Anything that might involve trying to get to the Greywaren through Declan.
+ Working with artists of any kind.
+ Planned or unplanned uses of his power.
+ Discussing very valid concerns that his brother is basically a weapon and in a relationship with someone that's not afraid to use that....
