Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Where can your character commonly be found? Places that might enable chance meetings, or give a basis for common ground!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Character's powers: Demonologist, Exorcist and Master of the Dark Arts. Plus, his trenchcoat is sentient.

Are you looking for roommates?: it's government housing and there's a vacancy
What is your character's job?: Spokesman for 'Snuff It Out' Anti-Tobacco Campaign (yes he actually does this while chain smoking)

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:
Skills: Magic! Spell-casting, opening portals, summoning demons/exorcising them. In MoM he can also summon living people, ie casting a spell and having them appear before him, and get rid of them as well. Since there aren't a lot of possessed people around here, he can also exorcise an assortment of other, more mundane things from a person, for example- undesirable urges, fashion sense, being able to make a person 'unsee' things, tact, tooth decay, unnecessary organs.
Likes: cigarettes, booze, casual sex
Dislikes: demons and other evil entities, angels sometimes as well.
Urgent needs: cigarettes, booze, casual sex
What are your character's plans?: Meddle in things as they come up, pretty much.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nope
Where can your character commonly be found? Bars, mostly
Is your character open for pairings?: He's a big fan of casual sex, but he's not looking for anything serious, having been forced to send the man he loved to Hell not long ago. Which is not to say I wouldn't mind developing something, but it would go slowly with lots of obstacles.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Absolutely, yes. He's not a villain, but people around him have this tendency to die, so that could happen.
Is your character interested in teams?: He isn't, no. He Walks His Path Alone. But he might be persuaded (and bitch about it a lot).
What kind of plots are you after?: Anything magic-related, mostly, but open to other things!
