Canon: Self-explanatory!!
Character's (approximate) age: Or how old they appear.
Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Where can your character commonly be found? Places that might enable chance meetings, or give a basis for common ground!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?:
An avid fiction/fanfiction fan who hates as much as she loves the stuff, an incurable romantic despite all the self-loathing and social anxieties that pile up into an avalanche of emotions. Boy-crazy to a fault -- a fault she's aware of and suffers regularly. She has big dreams of being someone special and powerful and loved but reality is a tremendous bitch and sometimes she can be too.
Scarlett O'Hara accent with a half-elf body and self-image issues up the WAZOO. Magical mean girls cast member, honestly.

What are your character's plans?: She's in a bit of crisis right now with herself, unable to reconcile her past mistakes and fearing a miserable future. You know how when you're 18-21 and feel like your life is over because you haven't accomplished X or Y and other people have?? Yeah she's there
Also she just wants to get through one whole day at work without being propositioned for a tabletop group or her regulars fighting over the merits of magic shows.
Does your character have a secret identity?: secret online pen names that u will NEVER know
Where can your character commonly be found? De Chima -- aforementioned magic store and the other shops on that block (cafe, diner, library, etc)
Heropa -- near the gov't housing or beach in the evenings
Is your character open for pairings?: Yes but u have to be prepared for how much Teenager she is still
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes
Is your character interested in teams?: No but force her to team up anyway, it's funny
What kind of plots are you after?: Very flexible, I like comedic stuff as well as melodrama. She also could use some softer stuff to help console her and remind her she's not a blight on existence for messing up like one whole time that no one remembers
