Have you given yourself a chance to rest at all lately? You always seem so dedicated to everything else around you, but it's hard to see if you're taking care of yourself, too. We worry.

Please be assured that I've slept more lately than I have in...a while. I won't say I've got it down perfectly, but I know that if I don't mind myself...I can't take care of everyone else.
