I'm here with Tony Stark, Mitchell Hundred, The Penguin, the Shade, and Kaidan Alenko!

I always forget that you play all those different characters, because you're everywhere with them and excellent all over.

I especially love that Shade and Pitch are both bizarro similarities and opposites at the same time, like super faves forever yo.

Gosh I love threading with Tony; I'm super canon unfamiliar with 616 Tony but you give him such a specific voice I have no trouble separating him from MCU Tony whatsoever. He's great fun!

Jill, I have appreciated so much the - on my part - unexpected sort of CR that we've had develop with Annie and Tony. One of the things I best appreciate about the kind of cross canon and cross medium and cross everything melting pot we get in roleplay is the sheer unexpectedness of developments and character growth (or regression) as they encounter different people and worldviews and realities than the ones they know from home. Tony has been a wonderfully arrogant in all the right sort of ways (for him) person who Annie has found she respects in spite of that, and not just because he has a lot to offer ~~in anything but good interpersonal close relationship skills right~~ on an educational or even eye-opening basis.

I have really enjoyed the fact that her desire to tackle what she can in this new world and learn all she can to try and figure out how to be successful (at anything, frankly, she's still young and it shows, even when she's older in other ways) in this place that doesn't go by the rules from back home, but where skills she had there can be reapplied and still be successful. He was one of the people she was unsure how she'd hear from him - if she would - with the confession going public, and his response meant a lot wow thanks for that I'm still trying to tag back on your last tag to me hahaha but that's really cool!

At this rate Annie really wouldn't mind learning more about business as something that will be important once she's started laying down a basis for "education" here in this world, which is... not anything I thought I'd be saying before now. The way you write Tony, how he thinks and communicates, what things he responds to or encourages and why makes it a perpetual fascination and curiosity to interact with him, and I really am thankful for the fact I've had that chance, and probably will be so rude as to keep asking for that chance going forward!

For those things, and the wit I've seen in your writing, along with the kind of... playfulness I feel is there, I actually delaze myself to go read through portions of his logs and interactions (though being totally honest, I'll scroll through all your played cast) to see what you're writing for the sake of reading that writing and interaction with others. It's quite enjoyable!

Kaidan I've been laughing over in seeing how he's been with The Grapevine, and having read through some of his interactions over in the Swearing In log, I'm really liking just... more evidence of how he's kind of dealing with this world and the whole. Lot of. Life here, I'm failing to phrase that well.

I'M WAXING LONG so I'll stick with that for now: you've given me a lot of appreciable room and depth to work with from Tony, over more topics than I imagined, and he's become one of her important defining pieces of CR for the ways he's been involved, and that I firmly lay all at your feet, thank you, come again, here is your gif madam:

I HAVEN'T INTERACTED A HUGE AMOUNT WITH THE OTHER BABES so i will say this about the shade:

I REALLY LIKE MY INTERACTIONS WITH HIM!! mostly b/c hahahahahaha HE'S JUST. SO PATIENT WITH WALLY like he's like "yeah ok ur a dumb teenager with like...idk morals and stuff" but then he's like "you'll be a good hero someday" AND LIKE HALF THE TIME WALLY IS P. SURE SHADE IS JUST FUCKING WITH HIM FOR THE GIGGLES

oh also i was serious about having wally find some kind of valuable book and like hide it in a building somewhere and have robin booby-trap it, and then take a pic and send it to shade like IT'S YOURS...IF YOU CAN GET IT IN THE NEXT FIVE HOURS and then patrol the building and have robin run security JUST TO MAKE IT FUN

no but i love how wally can ruffle shade's feathers sometimes just by being SUCH A PRESUMPTUOUS BRAT and shade just gets so affronted by his assumptions!@!! but then he's like "oh all right fine i suppose i can help you so long as you continue to prove yourself as decent entertainment"

I have adored every thread we've had from the Penguin on Ellie's intro all the way to Samara and Kaidan's awkward quick dance. You're a lot of fun to tag with and you bring a lot to the table in terms of depth and opportunities for things to respond to. Each of your characters have a very distinct voice that's all their own. I can also say that the ones I'm canon familiar with are definitely very IC.

You also bring a lot as player both with the business your characters open that give players things to do and your openness to plotting/cr building! It's really obvious that you try to greet people and to tag new people as well as keep up with new/budding CR which is really great. You're also ridiculously awesome OOC and a ton of fun to talk to and I'm glad we've gotten to know each other a bit.

I'm going to edit this to also say I really appreciated the gazillion screencaps you gave me that enabled me to dedicate a day to making beautiful blue icons. I was so happy to not have to hunt around for sceencaps forever!

Aaah hello, I am just here to say I am really enjoying our thread at the Swearing-In log. I wasn't expecting the tag-in and was really excited to get it! Your Tony is really excellent to play off of and easy to thread with and I'm looking forward to the CR! ♥

Man even all these years later you are still the Tony Stark of my heart, and I love how you don't mind the conflict that is inherent in playing a character like Tony! Being able to finally play a canon CR with you is really fun and I'm having a grand old time.

I'VE PRETTY MUCH BEEN STALKING YOUR KAIDAN FROM THE SHADOWS because I think your Kaidan is absolutely fantastic. I can always hear his voice when he interacts with others, and he's the perfect balance of awkward and yet that soldier personality that Kaidan is so loved for. I have not fulfilled my goal from the last HMD of tagging with either Kaidan or Tony more, but THAT WILL CHANGE OR SO HELP ME

It's also pretty amazing that you're capable of playing such a range of different characters!

I know i've said it before, but- I love the dumb CR we had with Kaiden and Shinji as dumb housemates. I NEED TO THINK OF AN EXCUSE FOR THEM TO HANG OUT/CHILL NOW THAT SHINJI MOVED OUT because seriously it was ridiculous and awkward and kind of the best.

But ahem-

Honestly, as others have said, you're remarkably consistent with so many characters, and that is no mean feat! You've also been very friendly and approachable to me OOCly WHICH IS AWESOME cause i am shy as fuq a lot of the time, ahhhhhh.

tl;dr keep doing what you are doing because you are doing it good.

So looking at this list, I have just now realized that I've harassed 3/4 of your characters OOPS! ANYWAY I have really loved playing with all of them - you've got their voices and motivations down pat, and there's never a lack of things to respond to with them. I really appreciate how open you are to me just flinging things in your directions as well! It makes for some very fun, very organic RPing, and it's something that I really hope to continue!

Man, Jill, I don't even know where to begin. I just love every single one of your portrayals. Obviously, your niche is "douches in suits," and obviously, you have that downpat. OR IT'S OBVIOUS TO ME. But even though that might seem to be a unifying factor, each of your characters has a different drive and ambition that motivates them to do what they're doing. From Tony's arrogant certainty to Mitchell's political stand point, I just love every single one of your threads. I find that they really resonate with me even after the fact. Like, yes, Tony and Kate might argue and Mitchell might call Kate out on being obnoxious and not thinking twice, but it's the stuff that comes through afterward that shows. They might be douches, but they have that level of even-tempered kind of right that shows that you just really have the ability to play these intelligent characters really well.

Even though you do have your niche, I've really loved seeing Kaidan in the game, and I've loved developing CR with him! The fact that you seem to handle him artfully (from what I know) tells me that you just have the ability to do well with whatever you put your mind to.

Also, you're just fun.

ooomg jill, one of the reasons i was intimidated when joining this game was because there was a 616 tony stark—BUT OMG HOW WRONG I WAS TO BE INTIMIDATED. you are the nicest, easiest to thread off of person in the universe. you're a delight to speak to both ooc & ic, and i adore a way you really skirt the line with tony's moral ambiguity (and registration boner). also reading tony + the dynamic of other characters (COUGH MATT COUGH) is more amusing than any daytime talk show.

you're always up for plotting/threading/enabling my horrible actions and that is utterly awesome. aside from that, your characters are so different and yet you play them SO WELL and generally gosh you're swell

I've only really played off the Shade so far, and I'm totally canonblind for him, but man oh man I love our CR already! He's so dapper and smooth, and there's so much to play off with your tags!

also your username for Tony Stark cracks me up every single time I see it, you win at puns!

Sounding off to the tune of other people, but the fact that you can play such a diverse group of characters? It really shows how talented you are. The Shade's always been a pleasure to bounce off of, but damn. Kudos to you!

Ah Jill you are ever stunning. I've known you for so long by now and you're a fantastic friend that I am so glad and grateful to know, you're wonderful and so (so) kind and always there for people. And you manage those different character types so well! Or rather, different... personalities, but your dedication and love for the characters really shows in how you focus on their narratives and motivations. You're always open and flexible for plotting and you definitely make such an incredible effort to reach out and get involved, I really appreciate that. Your tags are never left wanting for hooks and so many times our threads or CR has gone off in such spontaneous directions, it's always exciting to see what will come of it!

Echoing the sentiment that you are so much fun to play with! I'm canonblind (I've been saying this to a lot of people wow I need to start reading comics) but even in the few threads we've had I've got such a sense of depth from Tony and such a strong impression of his character and you put so much into tags! There's always something to sink my teeth into, always some more little expositions into Tony himself where it's appropriate that get me fascinated and excited to find out more and just augh you're really good dfjhkdfg. I also love how proactive you are with him! Taking on a character who's successful in their home world and has a set of expertise and an ego is a big thing to do, but you've taken that on and really made something of it in the game setting and that takes commitment and a lot of bravery as a player, so I really admire that.

I'm looking forward to playing with you more and developing this CR ahhhHHhhhh! Thank you for playing with me and getting me all eager for further threads abububu

HAHAHA OH GOD WHERE TO EVEN START jill i am so fucking pleased to be playing with you as much as we have -- I LIKEWISE DID NOT EXPECT cr to go in the direction that it has but god like. ok. it is so rare to find someone who is this level of mutual interest in one another's characters and also in tearing their motivations and canon treatment etc etc to tiny shreds under a microscope and i just -- your handle on tony is exceptional and his underlying bullshit is all really exceptional. i enjoy our conversations on meta and, like, the alchemy of character interplay. it's not even "cr" anymore; it's gold. SCREECHES godddd aside from what a delight you are as a writing partner you're just all around hilarious and caring and great and i'm so glad we're friends.

In all honesty, you're one of the biggest reasons I ever joined the game, as you know because it was like...a year-long gap and not even with who I had originally been thinking of (one day, ONE DAY, ONE DAY, more dicks in suits for you). And since I'm really enjoying it, I'm really really thankful for that! You were so patient, gosh, and you're such fun to talk to, be it about canons or RP or geeky weddings or basically anything, I'm going with anything. You're giving in tags and with CR, always open to getting it through, hmm, "non-conventional" ways, and it's great to figure that stuff out, whether it's a while in advance or just HEY CAN THIS THING BE THE THING IN FIVE MINUTES. I love how I can ask you just about any question about a lot of comic series and you can just snap snap snap fire off these answers without having to look anything up, you've got like this external hard drive plugged in or something, I'm convinced. Became a cyborg because comics. LEGIT.
