THERE IS A LOT GOING ON THERE
and especially with teens it's not easy i find
but at the other end it's ultimately easier to find the room to negotiate

once you can muddle through feelings and those irrationalities since those are the worst at that point in development BODIES AND CHEMISTRY AND AAAAH science

but yes it is hard SOMETIMES YOU WANT TO SHAKE THEM
