ahhh thank you so much! She's my favorite FMA character (well, second favorite, tbh my heart will always belong to May Chang and Shao May) and I'm sooo glad to feel you think I'm doing her justice. <3

yes that also sounds like the government they're facing as far as they're aware, being all the power pieces used for these purposes is DISCONCERTING because even with good intentions, there is a road to hell. that and they don't need to be as corrupt or terrible to still be callous and thinking of the USA first, which is... something people from elsewhere are going to be wary of
