Are you looking for roommates?: I mean... the countertops are like 10 feet tall but I guess if you were determined to make it work....
What is your character's job?: Weekly Radio Show Host for "ImPort Diagnosis"

( THE DETAILS )

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: KO's a doctor, a scientist and something of an inventor. At the moment he's turning his tech-y talents to helping supply Aegis with new equipment, but he's also got several side projects on the go. While his expertise is obviously dedicated to inorganics, he's been actively studying human physiology for the last year and a half since his arrival; practicing is something of a challenge though. The government is supplying him with energon so he's set on that front, and with housing covered and not a lot of need for sundries (outside his ridiculously expensive taste in high end waxes) he mostly ends up banking the money he makes from his job.

What are your character's plans?: At the moment he's sort of holding level... he's not exactly in the camp of "TRUST THE GOVT" but he's staying Registered for ease of its benefits. Other than that, he runs his radio show every week (sadly I cannot write that many posts so use your imaginations all the gossip he indulges in while on air!). Honestly, he could really use a new project to fund/help out with.

Does your character have a secret identity?: No
Where can your character commonly be found? Usually at his lab in Jeopardy, but he does cruise through the other Porter cities frequently. In order of likelihood to find him: Maurtia Falls (for Aegis), Heropa, De Chima, Nonah.
Is your character open for pairings?: P...robably not.
Is your character interested in teams?: He's recently joined Aegis, so not looking for new teams right now.

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes! Come plot with me. Either physical or emotional, I'm down for all kinds of ows. For all he does put on a nonchalant front, he's definitely got some issues that someone could exploit.

What kind of plots are you after?: Honestly, anything that gets him interacting with new people. He has a relatively small CR circle and I'd really like to draw him out of it!! Shenanigans with Aegis team members are definitely something I'd like to explore, but anyone he can talk science/medicine with should have some good starting rapport. Likewise, anyone with military background could have a lot in common with him. I'm also looking for new people he can open up to. He has a flashy exterior personality but emotionally he plays things close to the vest, and while he has found a couple people to draw him out, it would be good to build that safety net in case of potential Porter things etc.

Anything else?: Look at all this sass in a shiny red package:

... an inventor, you say. Reeve here is an engineer with an interest in robotics; it sounds like they would probably get along quite well. He also has... sort of a military background in the sense that he's currently also the commander of his world's active military, though he isn't much of a fighter himself.

I think this could definitely make for some great CR!

Ooh, this definitely sounds good! What's Reeve's usual day to day agenda like?

He's usually in Maurtia Falls as that's where he lives, so they could easily run into each other there! And... honestly, he'd be fascinated the moment he saw KO, haha, so it wouldn't take much to get them to start talking, at least on Reeve's end. His world's got plenty of robots but they aren't exactly sentient, for the most part.

Excellent! Outside of Jeopardy, Maurtia Falls is probably the city he's most likely to be spotted in using his full mech form as opposed to just driving, so that works well.

I wasn't planning on doing a catch-all log this month for KO but if you have a log, or a specific setup you'd like?

I'm gonna try to get an intro log up for Reeve in the next couple of days... I'll make sure to do a couple of open prompts, so you can hit him up there! Anything specific that you think would be a good way for them to meet?

Intro log sounds perfect, I'm sure one of the open starters will suit, I can finagle things for KO to fit one of them. If not, I'll shoot you a message though!

ngl I am happy to throw both of mine at shiny sassy bot ~~because I love him~~ because they're both liable to enjoy it for different reasons, but is Knockout fiddling around with anything science-related?

Because now I have one (1) uber-geek who would be fascinated by both the giant race of transforming automatons and also literally anything he might be working on. Seriously, he is kind of a threat to himself with just how thoroughly interested he gets when it comes to this stuff. Not even the Symbiote could fully put him off the idea of how cool it would be to find extraterrestrial life ok

Yeah! One of Knock Out's current projects is messing with hardlight projections... he's working on combining Cybertronian holoform tech with the solid light constructs used in the Danger Room at Helix Station, with a little bit of shield generator tech mixed in. Most of that work he does at his lab in Jeopardy but I could wrangle something in another city if needed.

Hey, even if Peter's not suiting up anytime soon, he's certainly prepping for it. Once he figures out how the Porters work, he'll be city-hopping to do some tech shopping of his own (because he still has to make his own web fluid...and also the equipment needed to load and pressurize the web packs), so he could always run into him then!

Sounds great to me! I'll keep an eye out for a post to throw KO at.
