RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.

Character's powers:

Voice (Canon Power)
Quirks are basically special abilities that individuals are born with and usually develop by early childhood. In Hizashi's case, his caused a lot of damage from the moment he was born, causing both his parents and medical staff's ears to bleed when he started crying. This is because his quirk involves his voice, and his ability to manipulate the volume and pitch of his voice to extremes. The power behind this quirk can cause people's ears to bleed, and can also be used to disorient, distract, deter, and debilitate opponents in other ways. It's entirely possible that he can cause someone to go deaf or cause internal bleeding or rupture that would absolutely cause death if used to extremes. It also has the ability to destroy large objects and buildings by disrupting the foundation and structure. The one clear weakness it has is that it does not travel well underground, due to the ability being sound wave based.

Siren (non-canon Power)
Instead of compelling someone to do something he wants by talking them down or telling them to do something, this would involve impressing an emotion upon the person by talking them into it. In order for this to work, he need to draw from his own emotions by pulling up memories or intense feelings he himself has felt before. The intensity and length of time this affect lasts depends on the intensity of the emotion he himself draws from.

After use, the drawback is that it leaves him emotionally numb for a few hours to a day or two after the fact, depending on how extensively the power is used.

Is your character registered/will they be?: Yep!
Where does your character live?: Maurtia Falls 007 - he's not a huge fan of crime city tbqh
Are you looking for roommates?: I'd be cool with him moving out/getting roommates but that'll take some CR development to happen!
What is your character's job?: He's a sports announcer! Definitely looking for more though. He's also a heroics and English (as a foreign language) teacher back home on top of running his OWN radio show so ANYTHING music related would be great.

( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Hizashi is a Pro Hero from back home so he's kind of familiar with the everything that MoM seems to be about. He's bilingual (English and Japanese), teaches a bunch of rambunctious teenagers, hosts his own popular radio show back home, and generally enjoys music and the scene around it. Outside of his COMPLETELY over the top hero persona he's still an enthusiastic, loud guy but a little more low key. He likes going out for drinks, and some of his biggest hobbies include television and movies. I'm still working on him building up a friend network, since he is EXTREMELY outgoing, so I am looking for him to adopt more friends his own age. I love throwing him at introverts, to be honest.

What are your character's plans?: No long term plans right now! He's mostly just going with the flow and getting used to things, seeing how this whole import setup works and basically doing his best to be informed and aware.

Does your character have a secret identity?: He has a Hero Persona, yes! Present Mic is his hero name but he's not really about trying to keep it secret. He looks different enough in costume and out that generally speaking he's not immediately pegged as being one and the same. This is generally how he goes about it back home, so there's no reason to change it here.

Where can your character commonly be found? Honestly, just about everywhere, he's really curious about how this version of the US is, so he can be found around all of the porter cities fairly easily which means starting CR with him should be a breeze as long as it doesn't involve purposefully committing a crime. Bars, coffee shops, music shops, Parks, etc, are all good easy places to find him to start CR.

Is your character open for pairings?: Yeah! This will take CR building / time though! Just talk to me! I generally like to see how characters interact chemistry wise, but if someone's interested in shipping I'm always down to know! Hizashi is 31 years old so my lower limit on ships is around 21, for reference!

Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yeah! I'm open to this as long as there's no permanent severe damage. Scars are cool. Plotting is important though since I don't want him to get hurt without good reason. I'm all about H/C so smaller injuries are fine (and he's good about patching others up too, so!)

Is your character interested in teams?: Not at the moment, but he's definitely available to help out with groups outside of being on any sort of official team.

What kind of plots are you after?: Honestly, I'm here for CR building. So if SoL is your thing, hit me up. I'm really easy going and open to trying anything to see if it works! Throw me other heroes, anti-heroes, dubious villains, anything! I'm fine with more hero oriented things also and getting him into some kind of mentor positions for younger characters. He likes kids, and is generally pretty good with them! I'd like the chance for him to start up a radio show of some kind here alongside his assigned job (which he's more than pleased with to be honest)

FYI sooner or later this dork's going to just end up shadowing every adult hero he sees because wow look at these people who actually know what they're doing, what's that like??? and Present Mic is no exception

Yes please!!! I would love to have these two interact! Considering he's the teaching type he can DEFINITELY try to give Peter pointers and generally just be a good/entertaining influence.

I AM HERE FOR THAT and while he's probably set for life on the good influence front (including coming from a few of his villains, by accident), he will definitely appreciate there being actual adults to lean on.

Because this superhero thing is tough and he makes a mess of his life on the reg but also he's had to deal with things nobody his age should ever have to and his support network for that is basically nonexistent. Because secret identities and there being literally no other heroes where he comes from.

Though full disclosure he probably won't be suiting up until sometime early next month once he notices new people showing up.
