Character's powers: Controls and can generate blue-green fire said to burn hotter than any other. (It is not publicly known to anyone that Yuri possesses this ability, only that Lunatic does.)

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Yuri is an adept researcher, judge, curator, and diplomat -- not to mention a fairly talented liar. (He also has remarkable marksmanship, but tends toward not showing off that skill very often.) He is talented with a sewing needle, a master of cosmetics, skilled in the kitchen, and can probably make one of the finest cups of tea you'll ever have the pleasure of tasting. He sweets, music and the arts, fashion, relaxing in the park, and (oddly enough) playing caretaker to other people. He also takes great pride in his work, even though his job was assigned to him here. He dislikes facial hair, rude individuals and those who break the law (or even attempt to bend it unlawfully in their favor) and he abhors recklessness and substance abuse on any level. He does not drink, do drugs, or smoke, and doing these things around him is a surefire way to cause him upset. (Note: He has a tendency towards thinking passive-aggressively about people he interacts with, and sometimes those thoughts bleed outward into actual conversations.) He has no urgent needs at the moment, not that I can think of...
What are your character's plans?: Namely, to eliminate "evil" which he defines as individuals who have committed the act of cold-blooded murder. To accomplish this, he is researching imPorts both as Yuri himself, as well as in the guise of Lunatic.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Yes, the vigilante anti-hero named Lunatic
Is your character open for pairings?: LMAO -- sure, why not, so long as you bear in mind that he's probably incapable of holding down a healthy relationship
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Yes and yes!
Is your character interested in teams?: NO! ...That is to say, he doesn't normally cooperate well with others, but as Yuri (not Lunatic) he is willing to be deceptively helpful and work in teams.
What kind of plots are you after?: I am seriously open to all kinds of plots. Give me drama, give me slice-of-life, and everything in between!

Oh man. I have a terrible need for him and Revan to meet up and have a masked showdown somewhere, some time.

Revan too is a handsome, charming intellectual type who sports two identities. If you want drama they could make friends unmasked but hate each other while suited up.

If Yuri needs incentive Revan plans on going full on anti-hero vigilante here soon too. Namely against the government if I can swing it.

Yuri makes "friends" but actual friendship is a rare thing for him to happen upon! That said, it would be interesting if such a thing could be formed and I wouldn't be opposed to it! And I would definitely be up for him and Revan meeting while wearing their masks sometime!

BRING IT, ARACELY! And bring the cupcakes, too! Right now he's playing it mostly cool with the Titan shifters, though. He's a little interested in whether or not they CAN rehabilitate into society, or more accurately, he's interested in what lengths they'll go to in order to do so. Their sincerity in reforming isn't something he commonly encounters in criminals, so yeah! But if he goes after them, I will prod you for plotting, that would be awesome!

And asflaskdfhasdg Loki! IDK what to do with him, but with either Yuri or Lunatic, getting some CR could be hella fun.

ACTUALLY that would probably happen. Depending on the circumstances, of course. Yuri is definitely not opposed to walking away from ignorant people. XD

So, in other words, he should mesh really well with Lunatic who is...pretty much the same way.

And yes, he is! He's a night-lifer, too! (Because he leads a double life, sigh.) Dispensing his idea of justice is a lot easier by night, especially as that's when a lot of criminals tend to come out. Right now he mostly sticks to Heropa, but he's not incapable of making appearances in the other cities, either.

No, but I think it could be kind of interesting if these two got to know each other?? I'm entirely canon blind so sorry if I'm not understanding anything, but they seem to have some similarities in terms of their thoughts on people who break the law, but they also have contrasts which could be interesting to play off of!

I...am less canon blind when it comes to Roy! HOWEVER, I mostly know of him from the first anime. I need to get through the manga, still. And watch Brotherhood. But I am dreading it because there is a very specific muse that will take over my brain if I go through with it and my poor Yuri would suffer. Ahem. What I mean to say is...WHICH ONE IS ROY FROM? And yeah, there's probably a few similarities, but definitely a lot of contrasts.

Would you be wanting for Roy and Yuri to meet, or Roy and Lunatic? Or both...? /squints at
