Canon: Self-explanatory!!

Character's powers: List and describe them!
Is your character registered/will they be?: Why or why not! Maybe unsettled heroes will want to make connections with each other. Maybe registered heroes will want to team up. So on!
Where does your character live?: What housing residence are they in? Meet your roommates if you haven't already, make plans!
Are you looking for roommates?: If your character is currently housing alone, or planning to move out of their assigned housing. Is your character considering moving to one of our other cities? See who else might be doing the same!
What is your character's job?: And are they sticking with it? Enjoying it? Coordinate with potential coworkers, employers, or patrons -- why not!
( THE DETAILS )
RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.
What are your character's plans?: Either what they're doing as we speak or what you'd like to do with them!
Does your character have a secret identity?: Since this can get confusing at times. Is your character a superhero with a public identity or do just a few people know who they are? List them, even!
Is your character open for pairings?: Useful to know! Possibly.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: If yes, how much and in what circumstances?
Is your character interested in teams?: Registered hero teams are very well-received around these parts, as you might guess. If yes, coordinate with possible teammates and see if you can put something together!
What kind of plots are you after?: Let the brainstorming commence. This can be as vague, specific, or "big picture" as you'd like.

Minako you don't understand how little Annie likes shopping, which could be hilarious in and off itself! Reluctant tolerance while basically making noises of "yes I'm listening" and wondering if she'll ever get this time back again, undeniable attraction to hoodies and books being her only thing... intense wondering at pretzels if they end up at a mall for the duration of this...

The one girl thing Minako is great at is clothes, she has such a sense of style she is going to take Annie in hand and gentlllllly lead her away from the hoodies. No more hoodies for you, Annie, Minako is going to show her all the fabulous clothes that teenage girls get to wear...that aren't hoodies. And yes then they can get pretzel's afterward.

Hahaha join in Kanaya's efforts, Minako, and see about how well any of them play out... she'd have to legitimately steal all of Annie's hoodies and comfortable pants to make her switch out wardrobes
... which if she's of a mind for it, I totally approve of happening, though Annie will not in any sense and will, in fact, get irritated over it hahahdsobs

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Minako will toss them all and tell her that it's for her own good she just has to trust Minako. But at least Annie is in good hands, Minako dresses like a tomboy- rarely any frilly or really girly clothes so that's how she'll pick out clothes for Annie. Lots of cool t-shirts, shorts, etc and stylish asseories.
