This is Fetch from inFamous: Second Son, and she just recently got her own DLC which made the itch irresistible. I don't know if I'll get an app in this upcoming application period or the next, but I think it would be fun to get her doing her vigilante thing, especially if there are drug dealings to mess with :')

i'm planning on apping this period and i'm only a little tiny bit biased, but Fetch would be incredibly amazing!

i mean there's so many possibilities. she could start a vigilante posse called the all-porpoise crime fighters and tag neon kittens everywhere.
