It's been a few months, and since I've seen a bunch of people working on their cr charts, it's time for...
THE TL;DR CR MEME

If Ellie had to sorta point a finger at someone who was BFF material, she would prooooobably pick Wally. He's one of the few friends she has who is around her age, and even though he's older she still sees him as a little punk :') but she likes people like that. It's why she liked Riley and why she loved hanging out with her. Wally is fun and considering who she's spent the last year with, she could use a lot of fun. Especially fun with a "normal" kid, one that knows about ice cream trucks and Netflix and stuff that she's missed out on. And he doesn't seem to mind showing her or go like WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW THIS THING WHY NOT???? and doesn't ask too many questions. Not that she'd mind, she's just afraid of scaring him off by being like oh yeah btw I have a crazy high body count :(
Please don't run away :((( Joel hasn't scared him off, and Ellie feels so terrible about how her not!dad is acting about this boy that Ellie has no romantic interest in. She doesn't think Wally is gross like that. But hey!! Wally still talks to her and that's awesome and she's going to do her best to keep Joel from scaring him off because she really needs more people like Wally in her life. People that make her feel like a teenager and forget that she's a brutal killer and that she spends all her time with a brutal killer and that life actually really sucks :(
