Either way, it means you put a lot of thought into it. And that's what counts. It means you dedicated a portion of your mental process to me. That's a pretty complimentary thing, if you ask me.

My point also still stands, because time spent thinking of someone still indicates strong emotions, regardless of intent. To ignore someone is a greater insult, because it means they left so little impact on your life, that you easily forgot about them.

One could argue that right now, we are essentially asleep. Our actions and words hold no repercussions to our "real" worlds, only this one, as well as the fact we all have supernatural powers for some reason. That, coupled with the fact we will "wake up" into our real world some day only further proves the impermanence of this world, and a dream.
