Kind of makes you want to see the outside force lose that control. Though I wonder how well any of that would go over... all those extra memories, in places where they'd do nothing except exist.

One could argue that right now, we are essentially asleep. Our actions and words hold no repercussions to our "real" worlds, only this one, as well as the fact we all have supernatural powers for some reason. That, coupled with the fact we will "wake up" into our real world some day only further proves the impermanence of this world, and a dream.

[ it's an interesting thought. which makes all of this world, even the confession to being a terrible person yay, still more pleasant than what she may or may not ever wake up from. ]

If that were the case, in spite of itself, I think I like this theoretical dream. Headaches included.

Annie tries to prevent herself from laughing, but it's ultimately a futile effort. The hand she tries covering her mouth with ends up falling away, grabbing on to her opposite arm as she laughs, cheeks gaining color in a sympathetic response. She doesn't laugh all that often... it's kind of difficult to stop when she starts.
