Time to bring back one of my old faves...

the QUESTION meme

Simple and easy! Here's how it goes:

1. POST a top-level with your character name

2. REPLY to other people's top-level with a question for that character

3. ANSWER the question you were asked

4. ASK a question of that person's characters in return!

We go back and forth like this asking questions in a thread until one or both of us runs out of questions!

QUESTIONS CAN BE ANYTHING. Serious or silly as you want! What does Jane think of (x)? What does Sarah have for breakfast? How many times a day does Alex masturbate? What's Tom's dream job? The only limit for questions is your imagination.

Replies can be as monosyllabic or as tl;dr are you want; it's up to you. Go wild kids!

The glasses- Is Inumuta nearsighted? Farsighted? Astigmatism? How bad (OR NOT BAD?) is his vision, and would he ever have considered contacts?

Also his opinion on Google Glass?

Canonly, it doesn't say if he's nearsighted or farsighted, but I'm going with nearsighted. He's also REALLY BAD without his glasses, (as per Jakuzure saying to him "I'm gonna switch out the lenses of your glasses with non-prescription ones") so it's not often he takes them off. He probably wouldn't consider contacts, just because he also is a huge nerd and likes that he can do the Glasses Glare thing.

As for his opinion on Google Glass,this is probably what would happen to him.

Does Shinji have any kind of little minor physical problems? Like needing glasses too, kind of deaf in one ear, has a poor sense of smell, etc?

THAT... IS A GOOD QUESTION lmao and not one that I think I had considered before. I'm sure he's got some minor fuckups from being punched so many times in his life (thx akihiko) but most of his issues would have been internal, and likely due to the drugs he was on slowly killing him.

They never explain how in game but my VERY BASIC understanding is that most toxins tend to kill off your liver or kidney because that's where they get all filtered and sorted and shit. (Thankfully in MoM that's mostly sorted do to his life-absorbtion-bullshit spending a while internalizing everything he decayed into restoring his insides and junk, hahaha.)

And one in an interview someone affiliated with the game claims he can't regulate his body temperature and so he's cold all the time hence the coat and hat but that's dumb. It doesn't even make biological sense. I could rant about how fucking stupid it is for entirely too long, so I mostly ignore that it was ever said.
(also Persona Q has scenes that contradict that and games > offhand comments by an unnamed developer on the spot during a fan interview to me, anyway.)

SO TO ACTUALLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTION- none that he really notices. He does tend to fall into patterns of insomnia, and he does have plenty of signs of depression (though he's slowly trying to get out of that pattern) but as for physical issues, he's pretty average!

If he is a little more deaf in one ear, it would be the right, because HEY SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE HEAD THAT OFTEN IS KIND OF LOUD. But I doubt it would be anything super noticeable.


OKAY WAIT NO I REMEMBERED ONE and i don't feel like editing everything that I already typed so you're getting this stream of consciousness style. AW. YEA.

His fucking back, hahaha. His posture is absolutely godawful, and I headcanon that he's got some mild kyphosis going on, with his spine bending funny. I mean seriously, he's hunched over like constantly.

So it likely sounds like firecrackers when he's getting up in the morning, and tends to be far tenser than it needs to be, all muscles knotting up because of the awkward position, but he mostly just deals and keeps going. Akihiko's gotten onto him about it in MoM, but he pretty much refuses to go see anyone about it, because he thinks it would be a waste of everyone's time.

And there's absolutely no canon evidence or whatever but I wanna say when he was young he trended towards asthma but kind of grew out of it BUT THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE I FIND THE IDEA KIND OF CUTE- though lbr it's likely untrue and therefore it doesn't even make it into headcanon status, just "things that would be cute to think about" status


For Inumuta: Do you ever see him growing more into himself socially? or is he always going to be kind of a wallflower nerd. Does he even want to learn to function in society better?
