Don't see why it can't. Though I wonder how telepathy and hormone manipulation would interact. It could put them into a mixed mood? But I can certain accommodate that, or anything else. 5 NPCs gives me working room. : )

lou is very used to that. he may try to interview thomas if he's just standing outside the building looking like he's gawking. "what's happening here?" thomas is free to tell him to fuck off either telepathically or the good old fashioned way.

8T might do both. if he's distracted, he might get a telepathic one, and when thomas realizes he didn't actually open his mouth, he'll go ahead and say it out loud. though probably won't be 'fuck off' sob more along the lines of 'shuck off/get shucked' or something because he's from a weird place where teenage boys invented their own profanity idefk this canon is dumb
