RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Given that Josuke is highly adaptable to almost any given situation, he's rounded out the majority of his skills. He's a quick-learning, quick-thinking and creative problem-solver; a formidable team player; and one hell of a heavy hitter, whether he's throwing friendship like a punch or actually slamming your face with his fist. Pretty laid back, he likes spending time at arcades, fast food joints and bakeries, the beach, and just about anywhere any game of any kind can be played, even if he sucks at the majority of them. He's also extremely into music and fashion, the late Prince being one of his primary inspirations. Basically, if it's "fun" he's on board, all you have to do is be really good at selling whatever it is because...he's kind of an easy mark. Speaking of easy marks though, pranking people is another of his favorite activities! So you might find yourself on the receiving end of one of his dumb jokes one day. As for things he doesn't like, so long as you don't insult his hair or hurt the people he cares about (or anyone for that matter) he'll stay chill. He really needs more friends, like seriously, this guy can never have enough. With an emphasis on people who are willing to enjoy fun shenanigans with him, but who also want someone capable of weathering some grim shit.
What are your character's plans?: Hooboy. Aside from getting settled in his new home, he's training to become one of Heropa's police officers (which'll officially be in effect around July sometime). He's beefing up a bit before then, working out a lot and...trying to stop eating so ridiculously. (Try being the operative word here.) He's also going to be learning about soccer from Kidou, and he's trying to figure out how to help Crane not be a giant dick. And planning for a wedding he and Hazel haven't even set a date for. Busy boy is busy.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Masks are for losers or Mardi Gras
Is your character open for pairings?: Naw, he just got engaged!
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: ALWAYS! Seriously. Bring it. I love throwing trouble at Josuke, and throwing Josuke at trouble!
Is your character interested in teams?: Not officially, but he'll happily work with people if they have a use for any of his skills or powers
What kind of plots are you after?: New CR of all flavors, mystery investigating/solving, crime fighting, acting half his age...you name it.

What is your character's job?: Student/Part-Time Penguin Mascot for Empire Ice Cream Parlor

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Although young and very capable of acting like a teenager, Sakuma (like the rest of team Teikoku) tends to act a good deal more mature than his age. He is discerning, book smart and a little street smart, a deeply loyal friend, skilled in the art of stealth and information gathering, a reliable strategist, and an incredibly adaptive soccer player. He loves penguins. A lot. I cannot stress this point enough. He also loves soccer, which I also cannot stress enough. Of course, both of those things are second to Kidou, but that's what happens when Kidou is penguin and soccer combined. He really, really dislikes rude people, is distrusting of most adults (especially those in positions of power - he has Reasons), and won't abide by anybody threatening his teammates, especially Kidou. (Have I mentioned how important Kidou is to this kid? ...shakes head.) Seriously, though, he needs some more friends, particularly ones his own age or some teens/adults he can count on that aren't shady af. Get this kid to be a kid sometimes, please.
What are your character's plans?: Since he's only been here a month so far, Sakuma's still getting settled, but he'll be helping out with the metahuman mission that's up and coming and in general he's interested in learning more about the government, the war, imPorts and their powers (with a specific focus on the dangerous ones so he knows who to avoid and to watch his team around). Also playing soccer every chance he gets, and testing new powers out.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nope
Is your character open for pairings?: Technically? But he's pretty fixated on his one-sided crush, so good luck with that
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: I am! As long as it isn't too severe, he's been through a lot already in a very short amount of time, gonna try and space the trauma out a bit more.
Is your character interested in teams?: He's interested in his team, but equally open to working with others if he believes in the cause, can trust them, or Kidou tells him to work with them
What kind of plots are you after?: All the CR, all of it. Information gathering plots, sports stuff, childish shenanigans, emotionally jarring things, IDK I'm seriously flexible and I wanna get him out there as much as I can making as many friends as he can which'll be a job but he needs it...

I had Sakuma hit up Aerith and Riku's post the other day, so that could be a good place to start. But if it doesn't really work to get the ball rolling, I've got an open log up for him and I'm hella willing to brainstorm different ideas if none of the prompts work or you have something specific in mind you'd like to do.

RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: Seymour's one political fuck. He knows how to play the game, and generally he plays it well. Until he gets too comfortable and slips up or just stops caring because people will be people and even his limitless patience runs out and he has to swat them like the flies they are. Ahem. He's an unparalleled mage! And when he wishes to provide it, can also dispense quality advice and emotional support. (Just don't trust him to not want to manipulate those same emotions if it will in some way benefit his plans.) He likes beautiful things, beautiful people, and fancies himself a "hero" of the grandest order, the sort that will wipe everything out to save everyone. He cannot stand busybody hero types, do-gooders, or those that haven't any manners or vision. He also LOATHES anyone who can control or kill the undead with any kind of ease (looking at you, Sabriel) because guy's so dead, totally, dead, way dead. Anyway, somebody get this guy a friend, or get him a hobby that won't result in mass casualties.
What are your character's plans?: The idea of running for Maurtia Falls ambassador is something he's strongly considering should the position open up in the future. He's also interested in starting a branch of Yevon in this world, and teaching with a focus on religion and magic.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nooot really? He's not done anything too shady so far, he's being careful, but in the future he may wind up with one
Is your character open for pairings?: In a sense? It's no secret he's married back home, but he also hasn't spoken much about that marriage and what little he has said alludes to his bride's betrayal so, you know... Of course, anyone he takes a "romantic" interest in would likely just be somebody he wants to use, so there's also that. Isn't this exactly who you want your character to bring home to their parents?
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Oh yes, always. Bring on the pain, or let him be the one to inflict it, that's right up his alley.
Is your character interested in teams?: He'll work within them to further his own agenda, but that's really the only reason why. Seymour is interested in what benefits Seymour.
What kind of plots are you after?: Anything that'll forge lasting CR, lots of villainous scheming, religious and psychological exploration with a focus on paternal bonds (and broken bonds), IDK maybe finding him someone he gives some kind of a shit about??? because right now it's him and his plant and he couldn't care less about everything else, what a guy.
