RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: The Major is an incredibly skilled squad leader, hacker, and hand-to-hand fighter. She's one of those people that's basically good at whatever she sets out to do. She likes technology, philosophy, trench coats, ridiculous skimpy outfits, and being in charge. She dislikes people not following her orders, crime, and kids.
What are your character's plans?: Currently, she's working on investigating the Constellation. She's gonna stick with that and try to ruin their little club.
Does your character have a secret identity?: Nope.
Is your character open for pairings?: Yes, though she's pretty emotionally distant and unlikely to get involved in anything serious.
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: Of course! Blow off as many limbs as you like, she'll just stick new ones on.
Is your character interested in teams?: She could be, though she's a bossy smarty-pants that likes to be the leader.
What kind of plots are you after?: Anything! I'd love to plot with any Constellation folks for any eventual confrontations.

Hey there! I'm still plotting details out w/ other Constellation players, but Duo has infiltrated Constellation and is playing along for as long as he can use them to get information on the government, which he doesn't trust one bit. He's planning on betraying them eventually once he learns their plans, so they can be stopped.

He's noticed from other comm conversations that the Major is no friend of the government either, so if he finds out she's snooping around, he may be willing to work with her on this, especially knowing she's also from a soldier background rather than a superheroing one- he's butted heads in the past with capes with regards to moral/operational quandaries which makes him wary of who he works with on this.

Yes! I would love to get them involved, especially since I've been trying to work out in my head some way the Major would infiltrate the group herself. If Duo is already a mole, they can pool their resources.

The Major is pretty lawful neutral, and doesn't even particularly care about breaking the law as long as it gets results. I think they could probably work together without too many conflicts.

Awesome, this thread in particular caught Duo's interest (he's a stalker, yes!). If he were to seek her out or attempt to make contact with her, in what way is Major most accessible? He's the type to either ease into casual conversation to test the waters, or just seek someone out on a cold call in-person if they're easy enough to find.

He could reach out to her via her contact page or we could say he finds her somewhere in Maurtia Falls. She's probably not too hard to find, especially at night when she's stalking the rooftops.

Sounds good. Has she mentioned or alluded to Constellation in any way that he could pick up on her investigating it? He likely wouldn't take steps to make contact until he can be sure she's already picked up on their trail, to mitigate suspicions on their side that there's a leak.

She hasn't mentioned anything publicly, though she did inadvertently talk to another Constellation member about it. She's keeping it sort of on the down low at the moment, though she is interviewing people that she thinks might be connected or have information about how Constellation hacked the government.

Hmmmm, Duo is planning to start shit with some crime rings in Maurtia Falls in order to acquire himself some not-so-legal weapons (and take them down while he's at it). Would she think to connect that to Constellation and investigate? If he caught wind that she was snooping into it, he would have reason to approach her first himself! (And that way he could tell his bosses 'I'm taking care of it')

I don't know if she'd necessarily instantly connect the dots there, but she'd definitely be interested in questioning him about his dealings since she's got her finger on the pulse of crime in Maurtia Falls. I suppose she could figure out or infer what he's up to during that interaction.

That works too! At the moment it looks like he will be enlisting Midnighter to help him bust up a crime ring operating within vicinity of one of the church shelters under his purview, as the cover for his stealing their weapons (convenient excuse; 'they're messing with my flock', trying to kick them off his turf etc. Midnighter will be able to tell his true reason for the attack due to his powers, but Duo has promised him information in exchange for the help.

Perhaps the Major comes to investigate this big crackdown, asks around the shelter (since probably junkies there who might know something), and Duo hears about her asking about it there and approaches her?

That sounds like a plan to me! She'd definitely be looking into any ImPort-related crime in Maurtia Falls in order to make sure that Constellation isn't expanding to anti-native violence.

Cool beans. Once I iron out the details of that whole plot/submit it and it goes down, we could log out her coming to investigate!
